I have spoken to the manager at this store several times to fix my bill. He has been telling me that he is going to have the charges reversed since I never used the service. That's all good but I am still receiving a bill and nothing has been fixed. Tired of going in the store while the manager hides in the back. It has been going on for months. Just want it FIXED!!!

AVOID--the staff here are fundamentally dishonest. Wanted to switch to t-mobile from Verizon but unsure which plan best. Was dishonestly offered discounts from their online rates which swayed the choice. Given past Verizon problems wanted confirmation I would actually get these rates--was shown the order screen on their tablet, and pointed to code they dishonestly said was for our discount--it was actually just for the autopay discount. (can document this) When promised rate did not appear online they dishonestly insisted it wouldn't show up until 2nd billing cycles. Store manager (Mike) fully backed up the lies of the initial sales person (Devon). Cost of this dishonesty is $240/year. Most neighborhood stores are contracted out to third parties. If you want honest service use a T-Mobile corporate location. Corporate T-mobile staff admitted this type of dishonest sales practices by third party stores is not uncommon.

I was just in the store and Cassandra and Adriana made me and my family feel like we were family they helped us get everything done in and out in a jiff they were so very kind and friendly we definitely recommend

I went to this shop and ordered one pixel Buds, I was charged for two, went there the next day, I was told it going to fall off the account, after over a month I am still charged for two pixel Buds when I actually got one, still trying to get it off my account. Beware of this shop.

Terrible customer service over the phone don't call them. They make it seem like inconvenience. All I wanted was some questions answered and the person was rude the whole time. On top of that before I asked my other questioned he said have a good day and hung up.

Terrible customer service! I was sold a faulty charger and tried coming back within the two-week window, but the store was closed due to a broken door. When I arrived today, the lady wouldn't let me return because it was out of the two-week window.
