I recently had a disappointing encounter with an employee during my visit to T-mobile. While I understand that everyone can have off days, the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by this particular employee left a lasting negative impression.Firstly, I must note that the employee failed to introduce herself or wear a name badge, which made it difficult for me to address her properly or provide any necessary feedback. This lack of identification took away from the overall experience.Furthermore, throughout our interaction, the employee repeatedly told me to "hold on" in a sharp and dismissive manner. Despite her busy schedule, I believe it is important for employees to maintain a polite and attentive demeanor when assisting customers. I was the only customer at the time and approximately 8 employees were not engaged with other customers.What bothered me most was her apparent disinterest in helping me. She displayed a apathetic attitude and did not make any effort to address my concerns or provide satisfactory solutions. As a customer, I hoped to feel valued and supported during my visit, but instead, I felt like a child being scolded.I would like to emphasize that these are not isolated incidents but rather the overall tone of our interaction. The lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach from this employee significantly impacted my overall experience at T-mobile.While I have generally had positive encounters with other employees at T-mobile I hope this review serves as constructive feedback to help improve the customer service provided by this particular staff member. Customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of any potential challenges or frustrations faced .

I had an issue dealing with assurant and getting my phone replaced. Edgar the manager there on 75th ave did not hesitate to help when the agent escalated my issue. He worked directly with me and did everything he could in a timely manner considering I was dealing with assurant for a month by then. He was fully transparent with me and keep me updated every step of the way. Long story short I was able to finally receive a new phone. Edgar was so helpful and friendly throughout my whole experience with him.

We came to get a watch that we were waiting for 2 weeks and the manager couldn't figure out. One of the employees try to helps out but she didn't know what she was doing. They were waiting to the safe to be open we change watch we have to wait another 20 to 30 min. They need a better management she seems the she was high couldn't open her eyes overall bad customer services. Good luck

I went into the store today on 75th ave I didn’t not expect to leave with anything but Michelle made me feel really comfortable and explained to me all the new promotions and discounts. Price was so low I ended up getting a new phone 14 pro on my business account. She even throw in a low price USC charger. I recommend everyone to Michelle.

Allan was great he had us with new phones and numbers transferred within 15 mins. Their system messed up so we ended up spending lunch with him and the manager Jose but they were very welcoming and great. It was a much needed switch over. Thank you gentlemen

Not the location painted to be. Majority of employees do not posses the wherewithal to factually understand what they’re doing. I purchased two phones and a home internet. Then added an additional free line for my mothers phone. Turns out her phone number wasn’t able to transfer and they set up another additional line which I had no idea about until three days ago. This is what happens when you get a sales representative only concerned about there production in the moment. I trusted them to make the right decision with my mother and without me being present. Now I’m being told if I remove the original free line I requested, it would cause an increase in my bill. This is preposterous… when you use the words honesty and trustworthy be sure not to mention this location.

I want to give a high five to Michelle for the awesome customer service she gave after having horrible service for days at the t-mobile store on 35th and Glendale. All the employees at the 75th and McDowell store have great customer service that I have had help me. Thanks you guys. I appreciate you.
