Terrible spot. Don't waste the money. Mexican dude with a beard basically had no interest helping us. Soon as we were about to walk out he basically ignored us. Switches provider soon.

Unbelievably terrible experience at this store, wasted 3 hours of my day to not be able to take a trade in, not be able to setup a line for myself when I jumped through every single hoop I was asked to, was quoted way higher than the price for iPhones stated online. I am livid and most likely will not continue using AT&T going forward.

The customer service here was terrible, the workers there didn't help at all. Told us they couldn't help us and had to do everything over the phone and when they tried to help us, they just walked away.

I've never been so happy to get rid of tmobile which is sad because they were the last good cell service but have joined the ranks of the other greedy corporations. I'm not sure why this store is here because coverage is very poor. I called customer service and they agreed, offering to send a signal booster for the home but that doesn't help when I'm out and about. They also didn't explain their promotional changes so I was stuck and then every time I called I got different information. The leadership for this company has greatly declined and it's obvious. I hope that changed can be made to get tmobile back to what it was but sadly I don't think that's the direction the world is going. For the first time in a decade, I would not recommend. What a waste of time, energy, and money.edit: yes, staff are friend but in the words of my boss: being nice will only get you so far; if you're not helping people they won't come back.

The staff here is friendly! Not like AT&at always said you need to call online service, and always robot! I think the staff could help you to solve any problems if they could! Perfect experience here.

Do not use this store! Went in to buy a new phone. Very unethical business practices. We declined the insurance on this phone. I do not know if they have a sales quota to reach but they took it upon themselves to sign us up for the insurance without our knowledge. We recieved a bill and policy papers about a month later. Still trying to resolve this issue with t mobile. Just because we are seniors does not give them the right to defraud us!! Shame on you T Mobile. Will not be staying with you.

I appreciate jazmin and everyone in the store for helping me. I am learning how to use my phone and I get the necessary help that I need. Jazmin took the time to figure out all my questions and concerns about my phone and account.One thing I would say is that I am disappointed that I don't get home internet in my zip code. And I am very interested in the service but looks like I would have to go somewhere else.And lastly, I do not appreciate all the messages I get from T-Mobile once I made the changes to my account.

I was having an issue that took 2 days on the phone with tech support to fix. After getting nowhere and being offered options that I didn't think were adequate, I stopped in to this store to see if they could help me better in person.Jasmin not only solved the problem, she was able to offer me excellent solutions and spent several hours with me making sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied.I was very close to peaking t mobile and signing up at another carrier but this experience has kept me from doing that.

The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at T-Mobile. Set everything up with online care team to trade in my phone and the store assistant said online group doesn't know what they are doing, then did care to help find a solution with no one else in their empty store. They had the "could care less about you" attitude. Too busy playing with their own phones. Pathetic customer service. That it....
