Melyssa was great she helped me for two hours of me trying to decide what to do, and didn’t not rush me at all. She had so much patience with me. Then also help me transfer my iCloud over and I could not remember my password which took another hour. Look she still didn’t rush, and that was awesome of her. So I felt totally comfortable and will definitely come back to the store because of her customer service skills.

I recently visited this store to upgrade my phone and was informed by Representative Daniel that I would receive certain accessories for free as part of a special promotion. However, upon reviewing my bill, I discovered that I was charged for these accessories.Furthermore, I have noticed several negative reviews online suggesting that this type of deceptive pricing is a common occurrence at this location. In light of these concerns, I kindly request that you conduct an audit of the store's practices to ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction standards.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

The guy that was wearing the mask halfway down thinking it would stop any virus. Told me he had the S24 in but when I said I didn't want a second line he said that it wasn't in stock. I had my GF call 30min later and he said it was in stock. He is a scam man

Very long wait times every time I go to this store. I think there is a staffing issue with this location. However when the staff works with me they are very helpful and friendly. So to pinpoint the potential problem it seems to be management evaluating the staffing times….

Terrible customer service. I had a warranty replacement sent to this store as my phone's screen failed, from the moment I walked in I feel like they do not want to help me for the warranty swap. After the salesman making a call to his manager to see if they can even accept my broken phone (not sure why they would not take it), he started the process of swapping phones. He stopped and said that because they are a third-party store, he would not be able to finish as he could not match the IMEI on the back of the phone to what is in the system, then recommended I go to a corporate store to finish the process.I asked him if the other store could just swap my phone with one they had and he replied "Yes". I called the other store to confirm as I was about 20 minutes away, and the employee explained that they do NOT swap warranty phones with their stock, and that I would need to call customer care to have one sent to them.So, I called customer care back to explain what happened and to order another phone to be sent to the corporate store, and they were great. The first agent stated that my phone's IMEI is listed for that phone, but it has 2 listed, and the store employee should be able to see it. He remained on the line when I went back into this store and he explained to the salesman where it is located. The salesman explained to the customer care rep that he already cancelled my warranty order, and that he did so because he did not see the correct IMEI in the system, and that his manager is not their to do an override and be able to assist my. So, as I originally explained to the customer care rep, this store did not want to help me, and it was confirmed while the rep was on the phone.I recommend all customers to just skip this third-party store and go straight to a corporate store, as this location just seems interested in selling me new devices or adding charges to my monthly service.
