I went for help. The Hispanic male, 5'10 or 11 (No name tag).... He refused to help me. Not the stores problem. He asked to see my phone after I tried to explain what happened... Then said I threw my phone and ID. Yes, called him a name. I was on phone for 2 hours with customer service. MAcAfee and T Mobile... Disabled Veteran. I respectfully request someone watch the video. This happened on February 28, 2024 at 1:35pm. I would just like my MacAfee security to work. He needs be fired. Unacceptable. 10 years with T- Mobile .. Usually no problems. Wow.. he thru out a Woman Veteran with a cane, braces on both knees and ankle... Dislocated jaw, Fibromyalgia.... I can't fight.. I am crippled... I have sent the CEO an email about this issue. My MacAfee still doesn't work.. Been pushed around all day and still no MacAfee Security. T Mobile says call MacAfee. MacAfee says call T Mobile.... Then the store throws you out... Don't go here... 3 pm... Still No help... MacAfee wants me to call T Mobile again ?..I sent the email yesterday. Waiting for a response.... 9am Phoenix time Feb 29, 2024. If this is funny. I can go to the Attorney General. Your charging me for a service that you can't get the correct Start information for MacAfee so thye can't change the email. Not funny... I have wasted time and it is still not fixed. Can you get the Subscription start date correct June 22, 2023 doesn't match MacAfee records. My emai is a Tmobile .com... I have no clue about the address you set up. I am a college graduate and Law was my Major. FYI.. This is not a joke. Respectfully request the video from the store. Showing I did not throw my phone or ID. I am very upset now. You need a sign that say No Customer service here. Please pull the video.... Email me back?????? Nope...

Unethical business practices. This company took my $99 for a hotspot that doesn’t work very well. When I showed up at the store again, 21 days later to return it, they said their policy is they only accept returns for 14 days. I was trying to upgrade to a better hotspot that they had which I had called and reported 13 days ago. When I told him I wanted to cancel my line, they told me I have to contact customer care. However, when I started my line, I was able to myself, so I’m not sure why I can’t cancel my own line but I can start one. Customer care couldn’t help either so I asked her to cancel my line and they said only the primary account holder could do that, so I literally had to make another call to have someone else cancel the line for me. Not recommended

I'm not sure why this store only has a 3.9-star rating. I've been there a few times myself, and I've always had a great experience. The sales associates are super helpful and quick to provide excellent service.

This place is the best, knowledgeable staff, help as soon as you walk in. The staff greets you with a smile and have solid conversations. 100/10 to Mike especially. Keep up the great work guys.

My mother came in to pay my brother’s bill and was treated so rudely. They acted racist and like my mom was dirty and even made the gesture like my mom smelled. It is absolutely disgusting that she was treated this way.

Had a warranty exchange after notes put on my account for malfunction on my device. Have never had any issues with my phones. Phone arrived to store but store did not take it. Was met with a no and no introduction, something I'm not used to when I go into T-Mobile. Was told by employee that she had a Flip phone and did not have a malfunction on theirs but maybe because it's not malfunctioning(also mine is a Fold and over 2 years old)? Also felt the need to approach me when on the phone with T-Mobile to make sure I knew why she wouldn't take the phone, no apologies for the inconvenience but rather the need to be right. Not a location I ever want to return to especially seeing a review with the same exact issue that I had.Manny from T-Mobile customer care tho was great and professional even though he couldn't assist me! (Over the phone)

I am respectful and mindful to everyone that I interact with and the people working at this store are not from my experience, I called a couple times to give them a few chances to see if maybe they were just having a bad day the first time, but everyone that I’ve talked to at this store on the phone and when I went in seemed to only care about money and business, I am not very familiar with buying a phone and they were not patient with me with the few questions that I was asking l, they were just trying to pressure me into making a decision within a minute or two of talking to them, I went to a different location, was much friendlier

I was really happy to see kind service. My experience was wonderful. Associates were very helpful, kind and not pushy at all. I upgraded my phone and was all done in 45min. Get there before they open, they get busy.

Very rude service.. bought home internet from state fair and after trying first day felt it’s slow so called customer service and they said they canceled the service and I can return the device within 30 days and I won’t be charged. The service guy took the device and when I asked about the refund he said I kept the device more than 14 days so I will be charged a monthly bill.. what the hell.. even though I told home I canceled the service by calling customer service.. very rude tone.. ? People should learn how to talk to customers feel bad.. it’s good that I don’t have phone service with them

My wife and I went in to change service from Verizon to T-mobile and were amazed at the quality of service. Mayo was out of this world good. He patiently explained all the differences between the phones we were looking for. In addition, we experienced some technical issues from Verizon and Mayo stayed well past the end of his shift to accommodate us. We will be lifelong members of T-mobile and this location is blessed to have such a great employee, thank you for such a great experience and for hiring an amazing person who possesses out of this world customer service skills.
