This was the easiest transaction, super helpful, sent additional pics I asked for and really accommodating and I had my, new to me, show saddle in just a matter of days. I can't say enough great things about Tack Solution. I will highly recommend them to others and I will buy from them again. 5 stars!!!!

I bought several hundred dollars worth of tack including a halter. I asked one of the young gals which halter would fit a standard size quarter horse and she showed me. I bought it.Unfortunately it was big enough for a draft horse. I took it back and they refused to return it because it didn't have "the original tag on it."
I was going to buy another few hundred dollars worth of things today, a better saddle pad, a helmet, etc.
I'm not sure if they think every grandmother type steals halters but that was how I felt.
Perhaps they should hire some employees with some critical thinking skills. Over a $15 halter, they lost a repeat customer and a potentially pretty large sale.

They're a great shop but even better people. Last weekend we arrived about 10 minutes after closing. They had already locked up and were in their car. They saw us in the parking lot and got out and opened back up for us. We really appreciated that after making a long drive. Been coming for years and will continue. Thanks!

Our new favorite store when it comes to all things horse show related. Sony high quality items at at ridiculously great prices. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store if you want to look like a pro on a budget.
