This Target is the worst!! No inventory and horrible customer service. Would skip going to this one even if you are visiting. Oh and don't even bother if you work close by and you do pick up. You will still be late to work.

I LOVE target but the AT&T reps need to get out of the store. I shouldn't have to worry about being harassed by reps and have to run around the store to avoid them! It's something that bothers me so much I might just shop at a location that doesn't have stupid reps everywhere. ANNOYING

I was just walked to the front for a $25 clipper set. Maybe because I had a durag on. Never in my 29 years of life have I ever been walked to the register for an item, especially at target. It felt belittling. I will never spend another dime at this location.

I was hoping to find a specific Lego set for my grandson's 5th birthday...this Target store went above and beyond to locate it, save it for me in front and call me with the great news!Kudos to the employees at this Target!!

So many things wrong with this Target! Half of everything was out of stock. Then, none of the service kiosks at the ends of the aisles were working, and we needed a razor out of a case in healthcare. All of the refrigerators at the checkouts only had carbonated drinks or energy drinks (not helpful when you're a diabetic who just needs a good old juice), and the bathroom looked like somebody had tried to TP the whole place (not to mention the overall grossness of the place too). Sadly, this description seems to fit my overall experience at any Target in Arizona.

This target is the worst. Would give less stars if I could. Always so so empty. Even after their remodel they still never have any items in the $5 section when you first enter the store. Literally everyone's favorite part about target!! They don't do anything about it. Highly recommend the Target off Tatum & Cactus, they are always stocked and have a great section when you first enter the store for home & seasonal decor.

This does not state location. One I visited was off the 101 fwy and Aqua Fria Fwy in Phoenix. I don't have Target near me anymore so usually a treat to go. I had a refund to use from months ago so decided to go in. What a bad decision; ruined my whole day. I tried to buy some tea light candles. I waited in long self checkout only to have not sellable to come up on scanner. I expected if not able to be sold, wouldn't charge me but I was charged for candles anyway. Nothing was noted on my receipt. Lady in self checkout said I had to go to customer service for refund; this was after Christmas, line was outrageous! Now I no longer care if I use Target anymore. I found same item at Walmart 1.50 cheaper.

WATCH OUT IF YOU USE THE TARGET APP!!!!!!!!! If I could give a lower review at this point I would. Target as a whole has completely failed me! I work in the ER across the street from this target and during my day I received several emails notifying me that a pick up purchase had been made on my behalf. Mind you, I am at work and have made no pickup purchase. Then, I see another email that states my refund has been issued. So, now I am very confused. So, I go into my target app, and sure enough someone has purchased just over $500 in products, and then went back into the store about an hour later and returned one item for over $475. I investigated and through my app it was obvious the return was made to "store credit" or "cash" and not back to my card or original payment. So, I immediately call target and speak with a very kind guest services representative who confirmed my suspicions and stated the store manager would be calling me back immediately. The store manager Brian called me back and notified me there was a video of the man who completed the purchase, but I would need to file a police report and basically pray they investigate the situation. In addition, he stated that when a person uses the target app, they do not need to confirm identity with an ID. So this person hacked my account and then just showed my own account info on HIS phone to complete the "return" and receive the "store credit". Brian, the manager was sympathetic, but told me there was nothing he could do and could not cancel the charges to my card, DESPITE having the video proof that I wasn't the one who made the purchase or did the return. He told me to call "guest relations". As you can imagine, since I am writing this long review, that call did not go well either. Shola, with guest relations, stated that "she is so sorry, and understands how this could be frustrating", but ultimately she cannot cancel the charges and the actual store would have to do it. I notified her that they already stated they could not do this for me. She then said, "oh, well then the next best option is to take it to your financial institution". This is 4 days before Christmas and the last thing I want to do is let this $500 charge go through. And now I'm on an endless loop of trying to figure out how to get this fixed and each person/department keeps trying to send me back and forth to each other. I SHOULD NOT have to wait for the charge to go through and then hope the dispute goes through with the bank. Target has now failed me on multiple occasions. 1. They allowed my privacy to be invaded when someone I do not know easily hacked into my app 2. They allowed someone to return items and get an almost $500 store credit without verifying identity and without showing their ID 3. Being so poor with customer service and not caring about their good paying customers. All I can say is, target can do better than this and no one deserves to be taken advantage of and feel like they don't matter no matter how big the store/chain is.

If you are doing an online pickup avoid this location at all cost. Worst wait times. Half the time I have to go in the store to see what the hold up is only to be told the order isn't ready yet, so I wait for them to go get it off the shelf. Would be easier to just get it myself .

This was a quick pick up for a "hot" item. The mini-Target shopping cart. It actually moves. This was a quick in/out, thanks to drive-up option. I alerted them I was on my way when I was actually in the parking lot & then when I pulled into a space. I don't recommend doing that but it worked out well for me today.

I absolutely love shopping at Target and typically a role with the flow person however time after time I have no had good experiences here. The staff is incredibly unfriendly, rude and you can 100% tell they don't want to be at work as they just don't do their job. It is dirty, unorganized and always under stocked. This is the closest Target to me however from here on I'll be driving to a better Target.

I love Target. All the time I'm excited to go to Target. This is the one closest to my house so I go regularly. I just have 2 issues with this location... you won't get internet on your phone and the bathroom is always dirty.

I like Target. So this is just a quick, specific warning: I ordered a Hamilton Beach electric kettle online and picked it up at this location. After getting home and excitedly taking it out of the box to use, I realized someone had already used it before. There was still a tinyyyy bit of water in the pour spout, as well as along the inside crevice. Not sure how long it's been since it was returned with moisture inside, but I'm pretty sure there was either dirt or spores (yes, like mold spores) along the inside crevices. So needless to say, it's going back today. Already ordered a different model and brand on Amazon. (No weird crevices where water can be trapped.) So this is a brief reminder: Check whatever you buy anywhere you go. I'm pretty sure whenever this kettle was returned last, no one bothered to look inside.

Just shopped on Black Friday. Was expecting a madhouse but it was surprisingly not too bad. Maureen checked me out and she was just the best!! So nice. Made sure my discounts were being applied to things ringing up (without me asking) and correcting the ones that weren't. And the. She was extremely patient when I kept trying to apply for the card and messing up. I wish every store had employees like her!
