Sat here for 10 minutes hitting the sensor so I could get something from all of the locked up cages but the workers don’t even do their job to come unlock. Walk to the front of the store and they’re all talking to each other and not working though :) told one of them and they said sorry. What does sorry do now I’m going to another store to buy birthday gifts. I hate this target and always give it a chance and they suck every time. Just because it’s 9 am and you guys barely opened doesn’t mean customers don’t need help for the first couple hours upon opening. Your workers are lazy .

I always go to this target but today earlier I was harassed by two AT&T sale reps I don’t know what their names are but they were asking me for so much information and per pressuring me to buy their plan besides that they made me so uncomfortable and every time I didn’t want to answer a question I kept getting asked “why” I never felt so forced and targeted, i don’t know who I can report this to but seriously I’m so concerned on why target lets these salespeople here. I wish I had said no I don’t know why I didn’t, I felt so forced. I hope the information I gave out won’t cause harm towards me I’m extremely upset

This location is an absolute joke. Security does nothing but stand at the front of the store and nothing more. Not only do they have in store security, they also have contract ed security with a company called IPS. At any given time, store security as well as hired security, all they do is stand at the front end of the store. They do absolutely nothing when it comes to a store walk. Not once have I ever seen any of them actually walk the store. Not once have I ever seen any of them actually do anything outside of the store. At any given time of the day, you'll find homeless and degenerates hanging around outside or inside the store harassing people and begging for money or this that and the other. And where's security? Standing at the front end. That's it.

The stores a joke. It feels so unsafe going inside and even moreso walking out of it. So much to the point where it feels like you need to arm yourself for a safe shopping experience.
Majority of the cashier's are rude as hell. You can come to a register to check out and most act as if you've had the audacity to interrupt them while they're standing around looking like they're waiting for customers to check out.
Idk who the district manager is of this place but whoever they are really needs to get shit in order. This location is absolutely ridiculous.

I submitted a request for a specialty cake for my son's birthday at the bakery and 6 days later no call after they said they would call with pricing and confirmation. After several failed attempts to call and get through to the bakery department I went with Safeway on Osborn instead.

They don’t answer the phone at all when you call. Went to try and ask if they had a product and every time I ask an employee they disappear and never come back with an answer.

Self-checkout was slow, with the scale failing to detect smaller produce items, causing the screen to lock. Staff was occupied with other customers, leading to delays of 6–10 minutes. On top of that, the store’s undercover security made me feel uncomfortable by obviously following me, which seems like a misplaced focus if theft is truly an issue.

Purchased sausage today 1/18 and it was dated best by DECEMBER 23 2024. I have caught expired items on the shelves many times and told associates who take it from me and walk away without checking anything else. They do not care about food safety and when I try to initiate a return I am always just told “sorry, want a new one?” I am very angry about having to worry about getting sick every time I shop at this store. If they do not even FIFO are they keeping items at the proper necessary temperature? Are your associates trained at all in food safety?

I don’t know what world we live in when a store needs to lock up vacuum cleaners. I went to buy a vacuum here, spent 10 minutes waving my hand on the sensor that supposedly calls a worker over to free a vacuum, but had no luck so I left. Really tripping on this, who is stealing large boxes of vacuums at a store that practically has a SWAT working there, it’s crazy.

Says drive up is at the store entrance and there’s a sign for it, but nowhere to park. Drive up is supposed to make it easier, not impossible. Ended up lugging returns inside. Pointless process!!
