Overall, a solid store with friendly staff. My only issue is that higher-end body care items are locked up. While I understand the need for security, it creates an inconvenient experience for paying customers. I had to check out once, carry my bags over to the locked section, wait for assistance, and then go through the checkout process again. It’s not the end of the world, but it does feel like an unnecessary hassle just to purchase a single item.

This store has gone downhill considerably in the last several years. Wait times for checkout or super long. No customer service. Shelves empty. It used to be my go to now I avoid it if I can.

Was first in line early in the morning with my son on Nov 24th for an advertised black friday deal on pokemon cards. Upon entering they were no where to be found. Asked customer service and said they couldn't help because they have no idea when 3rd party vendors will arrive. Left pretty bummed and empty handed...
Came into the store in December and saw the display that was advertised for black friday! They finally put it up! I asked customer service/ manager if they would be willing to honor the deal that I waited in line for all morning and was denied.
Why advertise a deal with such uncertainty of even having the product. Why not honor the deal that people showed up for on black friday, the deal that was advertised.
Booooo such a disappointment. Wasn't even going to leave a review until I saw the black friday stand up in stores for twice the price 2 weeks later!

Placed an order online for pickup, first Target advised me out if stock (after two hour processing) and referred me to this location. Switched order pickup to this location. When I arrived for pick up Target manager Lisa advised me that I would need to wait 3 hours as they may not have the product. It was verified that they did have the product, but was advised I would need to still stand there and wait 3 hours although I already waited the initial 2 hours for first Target and 2 hours for the switched location. 1 product which I had in hand ready to fulfill order, but still advised I had to wait. Absolutely zero customer service or appreciation. A waste of 5 hours of my evening when a initial, "within 2 hour pick up" was promised.

I literally have been waiting on drive up for over 15 minutes… I usually don’t complain but when your the first car here and they don’t have your bag and help everyone else you get annoyed… I had to ask about my bag and they didn’t know and left… still waiting

Asked a basic question if they have Topps Chrome Baseball on the shelves and a rude lady said we can't tell him since they are from a third party. Strange just a basic customer question I asked what a joke.

Nice, basic Target store. Really clean. One thing I don’t like is the sign boasting that new hires get $15 an hour. This is 2024 who can live off that? Good for shopping not good for working at.

BEWARE I was pickpocketed at this location. I noticed within 5 min of shopping my items were no longer in my pocket. Target security has been unwilling to help with all the cameras they have. I do not feel safe anymore at this location as a single female. Lots of homeless hang out on property at night too.

if i could give 0 stars i would i asked him where are the k-pop albums are and he sighed really loud grabbed a chair and took my pink drink out of my cart took a sip and went on his phone and told me where they are target needs to hire better people with experience on customer service I will not be coming back!!!!
