Do not use they’d grocery pick up! Today was the second time I have gotten expired meat through the drive up service. Last time, they seemed shocked that I got expired meat so I assumed it was a one off accident. Today (December 31) I picked up an order and my ground beef had expired 6 days ago. Why is it even still on the shelf when it’s been expired for one day?? I will not be shopping at this store again as they clearly give no priority to food safety.

Dog in cart is not a service animal. Your dog barking at people, myself included, is a clear indication your pug has no business in public pretending to be a service dog.

I placed an order online for three small items at 11:00 a.m. at 2:00 p.m. it still said order was processing although targets policy is to have orders ready in 2 hours I started trying to call the store and for over a half an hour I could not get anyone to answer. I tried hanging up and calling multiple extensions finally got someone in food who promised me they would get a person and someone picked up the line and then hung up on me I then called the main customer service number explain the situation to the agent who then kept me on hold for 10 minutes while she tried to reach the store she said they had an unusually large number of orders and we're behind but my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I drove to the store went to the customer pickup and they said my order was still processing. At this point it was around 3:00 p.m. 4 hours hours after I placed the order I asked to speak to the manager who had no explanation as to why no one answered the phone. And just said they were backed up. There were no cars in the pickup and only one person in line for store pickup and she had only one item and had been waiting for 2 hours I wound up canceling the order I'm just going to the get the items myself which defeated the whole purpose. I had cold groceries in my car from another store and this is Phoenix what temperature was already approaching 90. Go find another Target there are plenty in the area and this one just fails on so many levels

Pricing is not accurate a lot ! If you choose to shop here I would scan your items before you go to the checkout & I would take a picture of the listed price from the shelf when the price is wrong! I brought this to attention of an associate in the department where I found an error on an item I was purchasing. She looked it up on her scanner and said yes it's wrong. Just tell them so-and-so told you what the price was and they will correct it. I asked her why she wasn't going over to the shelf to correct it. And she said oh they'll correct it once they see it's wrong in the computer. I said there's a lot of people that are going to buy these items before that ever happens. She seem to not really care and then did speak to the checkout person who also said, there wasn't much that she could do other than listed up. The price was wrong on the shelf I put the information into the checkout computer. I will not be shopping at target again as you cannot trust their pricing and most people would get home before they would notice an incorrect price or never.

This review has to do with a major operational deficiency on the side of their online pickup system. Online pickups for 2 items that have been confirmed to be in the store with multiple quantities should not take two hours to pick up. They are within 20 yards of the pickup counter. They shouldn’t take 10 minute’s actually. I walked into the target that I set the pickup to with 30 minutes to go on the two hour window. I asked if I could pick them up for them and checkout. They were unable to do so based on the “queue” system that is apparently completely rigid. Forgive me, but I like to live in a world that makes sense. If I have a grocery order with 60 items in it, I would not be upset to see that a target attendant took 5 minutes to complete a smaller order before mine. I am not blaming the target reps. Corporate should reconsider their pickup order algorithm to avoid insane pickup times for what the order is for the benefit of Target as a whole. Restaurants that perform don’t do this. Other stores have more logic built into their systems. Why can’t Target? I’d say that this is a complete operational deficiency and I look forward to someone grabbing the buck and fixing such a logical error in their pickup system.
Update: they could not find the order and listed it as not in stock. I had seen 3 of each. However, both of them were in the wrong location so apparently no eyes were actually used. It was suggested that I repurchase the order. That makes sense if the card is not actually charged, however it was. Target seriously needs to work on this. Pretty pathetic actually.

Store is dirty, disorganized, and lacks product. The household and seasonal section were filled with cheap looking knock offs. My wife and I literally looked up on Google “What’s going on with Target?” while in the store. We found out that Target is closing stores. The crazy thing is the last time we went to Walmart the selection and quality of products was superior to Target. We have been faithful and loyal Target shoppers for more than 25 years. Seriously Target, what is going on?

The grocery aisles in this store are BUSTED. Half empty shelves, product on the ground, found some obviously rotten meat on the shelf. Looks like it was hit by a missile. The non-grocery sections are pretty normal Target.
