Techtopia is the best IT company I have ever encountered - they exemplify white glove service. I have worked with both Shawn and the other Shawn on a number of projects, and they provide exceptional work. They are timely, organized, and above all else - kind people. They care about what they do and seem to enjoy doing it! (Rare!). We just finished the port over of our phone system to another company, they helped automate our employee onboarding process, they helped organize our IT Inventory tracking, and so so much more. Our company's partnership with Techtopia is paramount to our corporate team's success. My only hesitation in writing a review is that their company will grow so big, so fast, that I lose the Shawn's- please don't let that happen.

Techtopia is wonderful to work with! We were in crisis mode at our main office. Shawn Ryan came personally to our office and fixed our problem and then some when it could not be resolved remotely. We use Techtopia at work, and let's just say it makes life so much easier. I call them for simple problems such as my printer not working or major problems such as troubleshooting and downloading software. They respond swiftly and follow up until your issues are resolved. I was really busy all week, and Shawn kept checking in to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed. I am grateful for the excellent care I received, not only from Shawn (who is fantastic), but from everyone on the team.
