They took ~1 hour to complete my order.When I arrived, they said it was almost done.I then waited 30min inside, only for them to tell me it is almost doneThe service at this location continues to get worse.The ETA needs to be revised to make it clear to customers when they can expect their orders to be complete.

I have been to other locations and been very happy. Unfortunately this location was a let down. I ordered on door dash and it took an hour and a half for the food to be ready for pick up. The food was cold and they sent the wrong flavor milkshake. The only plus was that the food was tasty, albeit cold. There was plenty of meat and sauce. It's a shame this location is so sub par.

After not being here in a while we decided to pick up dinner, we ordered buffalo fries and a 20 piece traditional wings Lemon Pepper flavored. In our experience with many other wing places the lemon pepper is a dry rub…we got a “lemon pepper wing soup” my mistake was not taking a picture before throwing it away but we were so disgusted by it we just closed the tray and threw it out. I have no idea what these wings were swimming in but it was not lemon pepper. I don’t know if it was the oil they were cooked in, if it was a mistake but we were not happy with this experience.

There could be plenty more chicken on the Buffalo Fries for $15. Goodness gracious. However, the service was great, food taste great, and the sauces are amazing. :) just a little pricey as everything is today.

got here 35-40 minutes before closing & it took about 8 minutes for me to place an order. Two of the girls looked at each other, looked at us & then continued to ignore us even longer. Plus what kind of restaurant apparently stops selling wings an hour before closing? when you are literally a wing place. Or maybe your employees are purposely trying not to do their job. Either way, this has to be the worst service. very unpolite girls as they ignored us for awhile.

Placed an order on their website for delivery at 5:15pm. Said the food would arrive 31 minutes later. I had the tracking for it open and watched as three separate Door Dash drivers sat there waiting before leaving. Finally after the 3rd Door Dash person left I received a text at 6:26pm to say my order had been cancelled. When I called the store the woman I spoke with said that the Door Dash person stole the food. Because why would they make replacement food for someone that paid them money??? I check my bank account a couple of days later and had been charged for the food I never received that was "stolen". I call and speak with the manager to get the charge reversed but he told me it was against policy to refund the charge because Buffalo Spot would lose money, that I would need to contact Door Dash to get a refund. Surprise, surprise Door Dash tells me I need to contact the manager of the store for a refund. When I tell her he refused to give my money back she said she would call and speak with him. When she comes back surprise surprise the manager is all of a sudden unavailable even though I spoke with him less than 5 minutes prior. Two horrible businesses with horrible work ethics "working" together to screw over their customers. Buffalo Spots service is constantly slow and employees are often rude and lazy. I emailed Buffalo Spot and have received zero communication back. Don't go to this location, don't use Door Dash. Door Dash apparently employs thieves and refuses to do anything about it and Buffalo Spot takes no responsibility when it comes to making sure people that pay money get their food.

Why would you discontinue large sides for your sauces making people pay for two small when you had a large size available to customers. Charging .60 cents for a 2oz cup is insane. When you were making money when people order large sauces on the side including ranch!

Absolutely some of the slowest service I have ever received. It took over 45 minutes to get my food after ordering. Not worth the price and quality.
