Didn’t deal in the types of coins that I have. Staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. If I have gold or silver coins in the future I’ll be back. Thanks

Dropped in here to sell some silver on the recommendation of another precious metals store that The temporarily wasn't buying. Very happy that he referred me here. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They gave me a very fair price for the various silvers that I was selling and paid in cash. The process was quick and painless. They also answered some questions and gave some advice on what type of silver a whole to maintains its value and doesn't degrade over time.I'll definitely be coming back to these guys for any precious metal purchasing or selling in the future.

Shawn B at The Coin Gallery is great. We've been there multiple times over many years. We drive across town to work with these guys. Buy and sell. These guys go out of their way to treat you right. Fair, reasonable, and friendly.

This place has saved me financially when I was about to lose my mom’s house. We were very much out of money and were days from foreclosure when I bought in my mom’s collection of silver coins. It wasn’t much but I only needed a small amount to get the cash I needed to stave off foreclosure and my mom was able to finish her life in peace and comfort in the house that my parents brought us up in. This was 12 years ago and I always go to them if I have any valuable coins and have never left there unhappy.Sometimes little things they do can have a huge positive impact on a customer. I’m sure they have tons of stories of how they are caring humans who try to help out those who are struggling while also surviving themselves.Thank you!!

Been here several times always had a good experience. All staff is very friendly. There can be a long wait depending on the time, it's a very popular store, and is so for a reason. Fair prices on buying or selling valuable metals, and coins. Large varieties of items. They can special order items as well, I inquired about a 1lb gold bar amd they told me they could order it. They also sell by the gram for gold and palladium. If going there to sell a large amount of old coins be prepared to stay awhile, and always bring your ID for large sales.

Super customer service. Very friendly and professional. Even though it was super busy everyone behind the counter kept a great attitude. Brought some gold items in for a valuation and was pleased with the results. Thank you.

Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears! I embarked on an epic journey to delve into the world of numismatics; in layman’s terms, coin collecting. Why, you ask? Well, gold and silver coins are a terrific hedge against possible economic calamities and, hey, there's no harm in creating a glittering future for my offspring. Oh, and did I mention this was my first time setting foot in a coin shop? Thus, pardon me if my expectations were as high as Mount Rushmore, only with four busts of Benjamin Franklin instead of past presidents. The entrance of this coin shop was like that of a medieval fortress, requiring a buzzer for admission. Inside, a fully-uniformed Phoenix police officer stood watch, making me feel like I was entering Fort Knox, or at least its mini-me. And let me remind you, this place is as cash-only as a Monopoly game – forget your plastic money folks. But fret not, a cash-dispensing machine lies in ambush a few stores down, only it demands a $2 tribute. So, be ready to swallow that little surcharge if you're planning to empty your bank account here.Upon entry, I was hit with a somewhat disappointing revelation - the coin collection was, let's say, more modest than I’d expected, as if Gollum had gotten there first. But I remind myself, in these gold-and-silver hoarding times, expecting to see the treasure trove of a Spanish galleon might be asking a bit much. However, if you manage to visit on a sunny day and squint just right, the shiny metals might just reflect enough to outshine the Sun, or at the very least blind an unsuspecting driver outside! Now, customer service - where do I start? Picture a scene as bustling as a Wall Street trading floor. So, when I inquired about the elusive one-ounce Silverback, the poor guy on the other side of the counter looked as confused as a chameleon in a bag of Skittles. Perhaps he was new or maybe, just maybe, there exists some secret codename for the Silverback coin that only coin connoisseurs know. Sadly, my quest for the Silverback went unfulfilled. But, as any self-respecting knight would do, I returned victorious with two beautiful Noah's Ark coins, perfect for my budding collection and an ideal gift for one of my unsuspecting heirs.Despite the tumultuous crowd, the shop maintained an impeccable cleanliness that could give Martha Stewart a run for her money. And it was organized! I mean, we're talking borderline OCD-level organization here, which was certainly a bonus. In summary, my maiden voyage to the coin shop was an enlightening adventure, although I was hoping for more of a Scrooge McDuck experience. However, since this is my debut act in the coin collecting world, I'm withholding my Scrooge-level judgment. My rookie intuition whispers a hearty 4 out of 5 stars for this coin shop. So, fellow coin enthusiasts, suit up and may the numismatics be ever in your favor!

Buyers beware! Horrible service! Just left the shop for the last time after years of great service from Tim and his team. An employee I hadn’t seen before was rude when I tried to sell a nice premium silver bar going for 2600-2700 in sales this week on eBay. I was offered less than spot (2350, spot is at 2420 at time of writing this) I said that’s ridiculous, then he kicked me out because he thought I called him ridiculous. Almost felt like racial profiling with his tone and demeanor from the moment I walked in. Never again!Edit: Check your security cameras you boast about recording closed circuit video of on your door. We were there between 2:15-2:25pm. If I’m wrong or lying show proof and I’ll retract my review and give you guys an apology. Don’t be an internet cowboy, show the world how I’m lying or am a clown. If you’re bold enough, share with the world what he said after I left.

I had been a customer here a few times. Everytime, this store never disappoint. Their company's mission stated on their website is projected through their superb customer service. Not to mention there is a wide selection here as well. I highly recommend The Coin Gallery to anyone looking to invest in precious metals at a competitive price!

I was very impressed with there overall selection, however I was not impressed on their coin “assessment”. The guy was trying to convince me that my coins not only didnt have a premium (great condition) but were worth 10% less than spot price. He said he would melt a limited edition U.S. coin with face value to create new bullion (laughable). Cant blame em for trying. Overall Id say good spot to pick up but horrible if you want to sell.

Just placed a phone call to The Establishment this morning a woman answered the phone and had no etiquette at all. I asked her how she was doing and she replied good dryly to me. Didn't ask how she could help me didn't ask how I was doing clearly didn't care about her job. I'll be taking my business to a company who cares about thier customers and employees who value their job. UPDATE: ***this response to the unprofessionalism just validates my point even more thanks for checking on me! Even though you deal with coins but for some reason you're a doctor today you guys are a One-Stop shop! ??♀️
