SCAMDo not go here.They fail to give you all the details when you sign up.Be warned. You have to pay for 2 months. You dont have a choice. They dont tell you this. I was told 6 visits once a week. i was then given "2 free extra visits" that couldnt be completed in one month and was given "extra time" to complete them. If I was paying for 2 months why would I be offered "free extra visits"Dont go here unless you like getting scammed and dont mind 20 second adjustments that you are paying over $20 for.

My experience was AMAZING!!!! I recommend this place to everyone! I walked in with horrible lower back pain and once I got adjusted I walked out feeling brand new ?I will definitely go back . Everyone was super friendly and very professional. Thank you guys for what you did for me I am very grateful

The chiropractors are amazing and very caring. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They took care of my neck and back and I was able to enjoy my weekend.

The staff and chiropractors are phenomenal. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The docs help me with my migraines and make my life easier with their wonderful adjustments. The Camelback location is the best!

Nice chiropractors, the front desk staff aren't as smart. Overall the experience was more about the sale than the guest. Corporate doesn't contact back about complaints. They provide very little detail when selling "wellness packages"You think you signed up for a 1 month plan but you signed a 2 month contract

Submitted info to be seen. Went back and forth over text and asked questions about length of appointment and closing time. Arrived just after 6 when advised that appointments take 30-45 mins and they close at 7. After driving all the way there was told that new patients cannot be seen after 6. Would have been great info to have during our text conversation. Waste of time.

Today is the second time I have been denied care in multiple Joint locations. I sought care this morning hoping to alleviate terrible neck pain causing a migraine, but I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of compassion.I called the Joint on Indian School twice at 10:15 AM, there was no answer so I drove 15 minutes there. When I arrived there were no other patients in the building. I said “Hi, how are you?” to the receptionist, she did not greet me and asked for my name, seeming disinterested from the beginning.She has me update my paperwork, while doing so a family enters from out of town, asking for five single adjustments. A few minutes in, the receptionist tells them her system is down and says they can not help them.As they are leaving, the receptionist approaches me and begins to ask me to leave, but as soon as the family is completely out of the building, she says to me - “You’re fine, you can stay, we just couldn’t help them”.I thank her and continue to fill my paperwork out. The doctor comes out from the back, looks at my file and says “We can’t help you either, we can only help people who have memberships."I leave and call the location in Camelback three times, again no response. I drive 20 minutes to this location to be met with the same negative front desk energy. She does not greet or ask how I am, but stares in disgust. I begin to tell her I’m a patient, but she responds with "We can not help you, we have two new patients today." I tell her I’m already in the system and have been a patient I just need to update some paperwork. She asks me to leave.Despite explaining my situation and expressing genuine pain, The Joint showed zero empathy or understanding. They seemed more intent on helping those who pay a monthly membership than those coming in for single visits. I would recommend finding another provider.

I’ve been coming to this location for over 7 years. Dr. H. had adjusted me thru all 3 of my pregnancies and all the time in between. He’s such an awesome doc. Really knowledgeable and spends time with you even though the whole point of the joint is to be in and out, I’ve never felt rushed.

I usually have a good experience here. Today I arrived at 1:50pm to find the doors locked and the doctor gone. I rushed to squeeze the chiropractor into my busy schedule today only to have them not adhere to their own posted schedule. It is incredibly frustrating and dissapointing to be in pain and not receive the expected help.EDIT: After adjusting my schedule I was able to come back at 2:45pm for an adjustment. When I returned, no one apologized to me for earlier, or attempted to make up for the inconvenience, even though it was the same receptionist that was there when I tried to get adjusted earlier. It is further dissapointing that after a bad customer service experience no one was willing to even apologize or attempt to make things right. The Joint did nothing to accommodate me, even though I had to be extremely accommodating in order to receive an adjustment today.

Jim Hertzel is the BEST chiropractor EVER!! We drive from cave creek just to see him. It’s a 45 minute drive each way. Love him!! He is a wonderful person and a fabulous doctor.

Dr. Gordon is A=. He his very patient friendly and has been quite helpful in the three appointments I have had. The receptionists have been extremely kind and helpful.
