I received a gorgeous Thanksgiving Table arrangement from Amy's. It was unique and long lasting with several flowers I wasn't able to name. I had it for 10 days. My grand daughter in Wyoming sent and it arrived on Tues. before the holiday. The fragrance of the flowers filled the room for several days.

This company needs a course in customer service. It should not matter if the order was placed through their shop or if it was placed on a third party site and assigned to their shop. Shoddy workmanship and poor customer service is what matters most. I usually allow for some human error, but bad manners are something you cannot tolerate. My wife talked to a woman at Amy's (possibly Amy herself) about a incorrect delivery. She was very rude and unpleasant. The shop tried to correct the order and messed it up again. What finally arrived was not even close to the arrangement that was ordered and looked like it had been dropped. The handwritten card attached to the arrangement was illegible. Nothing about this order should be acceptable for a good business

I ordered from Teleflora and they were the florist that was reached out to do a very different type of an arrangement, a birthday cake. Well, it exactly did not turn out as planned is all that I can say. Maybe the florist had an off day

The service was excellent. I wanted fresh flowers for my very ill friend. They made a beautiful bouquet and sent pics of it to me, which I so appreciated. They told me they would wait til their morning delivery arrived to start the arrangement so the flowers would be extra fresh. I received a very grateful heartfelt thank you from my friend's family I would highly recommend!

It's always nerve wracking for me to order flowers online when I prefer to pick them out in person. However, Amy''s Little Plant Co did a fantastic job with my order for very dear friends who just lost a beloved, furry family member. Substitutions were made and they were still perfect! My friends LOVED the flowers and the vase. Big thanks from Wisconsin!

I placed an order on Friday for that afternoon or Saturday delivery. I called the shop twice on Saturday to check on delivery and was told it was out for delivery and they promised it would be delivered. I even got an email saying my order has been delivered. No delivery was made and no phone call to our friends to attempt to make delivery. Why ask for a phone number if you are not going to use it? They were home all day and were waiting and nothing. Today, Monday, I called the shop at 9:01 and told them about No delivery and that I wanted a refund. The flowers were suddenly delivered an hour later. I received a call from Maddie from the shop a couple hours later and she had a definite attitude. She started with curt one word answers. She is lacking customer service. Her attitude put me on edge. So I became angry. I told her I wanted a refund and she said it is not their policy. I asked if it is their policy to deliver flowers three days late.

I had rqsted orchids in the arrangement and they tried to call to tell me they did not have any - (I am in France currently so didn’t get the call) but when I called to ask why there were no orchids- (pretty flowers none the less) she offered to deliver some stems later in the week at no addtl charge!! But actually- My sister received a beautiful orchid plant the very next day- really GREAT service!! Thanks, Keli

I received the most beautiful flowers from this florist! My sister had ordered them from 1800 Flowers and they were even better than the photo. i will definitely use this florist the next time I order.

Have a great experience with this company --ordered flowers for friend/ they helped pick out flowers for her bday month-- they delivered on time and even called me yo confirm delivery place located on residential block so dont be fooled if you go to their shop in person. they are super helpful and efficient and fair price's including delivery of $20

Mother's Day Bouquet delivered late! Don't count on Amy's Plants and flowers to deliver an out-of-town order on time. Why take the bouquet order if it can not be delivered on-time? My son's good intensions of celebrating Mother's Day with a fresh bouquet of flowers for me was unfulfilled! Then, when delivered the next day, you can see some flowers already opened and some had dark brown around the edges. Obviously, the bouquet was made early and kept refrigerated until delivered but that doesn't stop the progression of wilting. Fresh flowers are expensive and to have them delivered late is unacceptable!

This place is the best local plant and flower co. They've been around over 50 years in Phoenix and they know all the in and outs for events, floral design, rentals, plant maintenance and more. I cannot recommend them enough.

I ordered a Valentine’s Day bouquet, candy, balloon, and bear a month in advance to be delivered to a school on February 14, and it went off without a hitch. The bouquet was simple but beautiful, the bear was plush and soft, and there was a variety of candies from which to choose. I was also appreciative of the option to personalize a message for the recipient. Thank you very much.
