Our server Collom was new but you’d never have known. He was knowledgeable about the menu. Funny. Said he loved working there which is refreshing and made it a great experience for my friends and I.

Great food and "fun" experience! Lots to try and test. We did the 4-course meal and it was so fun to try the different cheeses, meats in broth and chocolates!

Delicious. My boyfriend and I love coming here! We spend about $150 before tip with a drink each, combo dinner and add the lobster tail.

It's been a while since the last time I was here and this time did not disappoint. The Wisconsin cheese fondue and the "Ying and yang" chocolate fondue were great. Someone at the next table was celebrating an anniversary at the next table and they put rose petals out for them. I love this place, Jayla was also great. Highly

The food was great! Staff was wonderful. We hadn't been back to this place for over a decade, but I'm glad we went. Every staff member we encountered was polite, and customer service oriented. We were given the booth we requested within 10 minutes of our reservation time. The food was well spaced, and it was an all-around comfortable and relaxing experience!I highly recommend the small booths for date night ;-)

The food here is awesome! The servers care about the experience you're having while eating there and I don't know of anything else out here quite like it! It's pricey, but perfect for a special occasion.

I took my girlfriend to Melting pot because we love it and have been to all the locations multiple times. We called multiple times due to it being the day before valentines and the person told us about the special menu and price which was a 100 a person with no tax or tip included. The guy said that the special would be a 6 oz of fillet plus the regular meat or your choice of the lobster tail. Online it did say that both menus would be offered on the days except valentines day so we thought we would have a a choice. When we arrived we were sat down and were only given the prefix menu which had limited options as compared to the regular menu for double the price. However since we called and talked we were under the impression that it was a good deal with a lot of food. To our surprise we were given something that was completely different as described. The filet was the normal meat that it usually comes with and the lobster tail that my girlfriend got was maybe 1-2 oz if that. Above all that the environment was underwhelming for occasion and the price point. What really upset us was the service was subpar compared to what we normally experience and after it was all said and done we were greeted with an automatic 20 percent gratuity on our already 200 plus dollar bill for just the two of us which wasn't prefaced or shown anywhere. Typically that's for parties of 6 or more in a restaurant and not with a couple. At any other location they have never done this. We were mostly upset because the server didn't even fill our drinks once and when I paid which was with cash the server asked if I wanted my change as if she didn't already get a 45 dollar automatic tip which is unprofessional. I work in high end dining and have patience and empathy but not this time when I was mis-leaded what the experience would entail and especially with the server expecting more tip.We are disappointed in this experience and wont be back to this location.

Just all around excellence everywhere you look! Except the bill. A little pricey but you know what? For an occasional night out with the family and friends, totally worth it.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options including veggies only. Lots of meat options. Incredible beef cooked by you in the pot right in front of you! Fun, fun, fun!

Melting Pot is my go to restaurant for special occasions. It has a nice atmosphere and is a whole experience. Be aware that a meal lasts longer due to the fondue format of the meal.My husband and I usually get the 4-course meal for two. I definitely recommend Melting Pot, especially for a romantic night for two.

Dietary restrictions: Staff actually asked first if there were any restrictions, and offered without asking to make any changes needed.

Came here for a birthday/anniversary dinner.Expected a luxury, high end experience with the price for dinner for two ($140 includes a cheese fondue app, two small salads, two identical "entrees", and a dessert fondue). The only thing luxurious about this experience was the service we got from our waitress, Allie. She's the only reason there are two stars instead of one. She was kind and helpful and very good at her job.For $140, you get a cheese fondue appetizer for two, two VERY small and poorly made salads, an "entree" (our "big dinner" entree was three pieces of cubed steak, three pieces of cubed chicken, three pieces of cubed duck breast, three shrimp, and two pieces of very smelly/fishy salmon each. So you get a total of 14 bites of an "entree" for each person. We couldn't wait to get out of the depressing booth and environment here, so the dessert fondue was taken to-go. The drinks were good, however $17 for a well-cocktail seemed a bit steep.I could have gone to Fry's to purchase all of the ingredients used for this $140 dinner and made the same meal for about $50 to feed two people. 100% a waste of money for what we received for the meal... and if you're reading this review thinking, "you're paying for the experience/ambiance/brand", hold your tongue and read on!On top of the poor food experience, this place hasn't been updated since at least the early 2000's. We were stuck in a booth in a dark room. The pendant light above us was so bright we could've worn sunglasses. No ambiance -- the walls on the sides of the booth make it completely private and we were faced toward a wall and other diners while eating. Nothing lively, entertaining, or interesting about the interior at all. They also sat us next to the kitchen entrance and we heard employees walking past muttering curses about the chef/kitchen, which really put a damper on the already mediocre evening we spent here. They could do so much with this restaurant and the experience they offer if they really tried, but this was incredibly disappointing all-around and we will not be returning.Don't waste your money here. Take your $260 (total for dinner for two, 4 drinks, and tip) and go ANYWHERE else in the Valley - there's no shortage of restaurants with great ambiance, experience and food, but this place is NOT one of them.

The restaurant definitely needs to be updated, it's been the same for years. But besides that great service, fantastic food and chocolate fondue! It's definitely an expensive night out, but I sure love this place.
