Look, this place is good for one thing and that’s the views thats it . I’ve lived here for 8 months and moving out in 2 days.#1 I signed on to a lease for $1786 a month, somehow my rent is $2400 a month. I understand taxes, amenities and utilities but a whole $700 extra seems excessive . Pay rent but also got to pay for parking which is an extra $150 a month is crazy.#2 There’s a sign in the elevators that say “security is onsite from 6pm-6am everyday”How’s that possible when my car for the second time in 1 month gotten broken into tonight ? All my neighbors have had they car broken into resulting loss of valuable items such as laptops and jewelry. And they do nothing about it other than say “keep your doors locked” or “don’t have anything of value in your own car” which makes no sense since it’s my car, parked in my garage I pay $150 a month to park in , I should be secure leaving whatever u want in my own car. They don’t have security cameras past the first level which may not even work since my girlfriends dads car was hit on the first level overnight and the I quote “cameras don’t face parking spots , only the entrance and exits” which again MAKES NO SENSE ON HAVING CAMERASCan’t wait to move out because living here, not feeling safe to walk to your car with your kids is something I can’t stand anymore .HIGHLY RECOMMEND TALKING TO SOMEONE WHO LIVES HERE ABOUT THINKING OF MOVING HERE , NOT THE OFFICE PEOPLE WHOS JOBS IS TO GET PEOPLE IN.

I’ve lived here for two years now and I love it. The area is perfect and the amenities are for sure worth the price! The garage parking is really convenient and I love the new work space they added on the 2nd floor!

I had a decent experience living here up until my move out date. I returned my keys a little over 4 months ago and can not get my security refund deposited by Greystar. I advise anyone moving into this complex to be aware this is not a responsive company after moving out. I will happily remove my review upon receiving my final check I was made sure i'd receive weeks ago.

I applied at this apartment in October, I loved the property and the units they offered. However, I changed my mind and some things came up. I contacted the office and they told me I would receive my money back for the application and administration fee. The ladies in the office also stated they received no payment confirmation on their end and could do nothing even though I provided a receipt that The Stewart sent me and a bank statement. This process took 2-3 weeks alone once they finally pushed the application through manually and saw I indeed paid. It has been over a month and I have had to constantly call and email the office to get the money back. The responses given are inconsistent, one person will say the money is being sent back, while the other person says it hasn't even been figured out. Another time I spoke with someone in the office and they said the check would be sent out, but they didn't have my current address to do so. I was told the check was mailed two weeks ago, but have received nothing and no confirmation from the company showing it was sent. I have been very patient throughout this entire process, but it feels as if it has not been a concern to the office. I am now at the point where I don't know If I'm even going to receive the refund check.

I would NEVER recommend renting here.1. They charge $150 to park in a parking garage that is not safe at all. The garage does not work, they are doing nothing to fix it, they claim they have “security” but if that’s the case how is my car getting broken into on the 5th floor? And there are no cameras on top of that. You couldn’t pay me to park here.2. Every night there is banging on my door. There is not even a deadbolt on the doors to lock them, just an electronic lock that anyone can get into with a code. Do not feel safe at all.3. They told me they have EV charges but not a single one of them work.4. Charge me for renters insurance even though I already had it.5. Took 3 days to come fix my fridge which resulted in $200 worth of groceries going to waste.6. Very sketchy people in this complex. Lots of strippers/drug dealers.7. Getting packages delivered is a terrible process. You have to first have them deliver it to a warehouse then they drop it off at your door. This results in lots of delays in package deliveries, and don’t even try to have meal services delivered. This area in a whole is so bad… As a single woman, you cannot walk anywhere without being catcalled and followed around. But living here makes it so much worse because I don’t even feel safe in my own home.

Really nice place to live! Easy leasing process. Great amenities! The pool is freezing cold tho. Aside from that, I recommend it!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. the people working here don’t even know how to do their job. They STEAL money from you anyway they can. I applied to live here and was PROMISED prior to my application that if denied I would get my admin fee returned. I had already specifically requested them to clearly outline everything that would be required of me prior to signing a lease and paying the fee. After doing so they said I was only “conditionally approved” and that there were still 1 more document they needed physically notarized. At this point in time I had already packed all my belongings and had them shipped cross country. So I physically could not have that document notarized in time for my lease. I HAD LET THEM KNOW I WOULD BE SHIPPING MY BELONGINGS AND LOSE ACCESS TO MOST OF IT AHEAD OF TIME AND THAT I WOULD NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR THE LEASE SO I COULD GET IT PRIOR. they proceeded to cancel my lease after not allowing me a sufficient extension to get the documents that THEY REQUESTED LAST MINUTE. And after not offering me an extension and canceling my lease due to me not meeting the “income requirements” I was already conditionally approved for. They told me I couldn’t have my admin fees back because even though they canceled it. I was CONDITIONALLY APPROVED, not formally denied which entitles them to my application and admin fees. And that even though they would not have accepted me without the notarized document they didn’t tell me they needed until the day before. Its up to me to get the document in time for the agreed lease deadline. When again, they didn’t ever tell me it would be needed in the first place after I asked multiple times. On top of this the individual who helped me through this was very combative, wouldn't let me speak and just chose to ignore the situation and say “there’s plenty of places you could’ve got a new document notarized” as if she was me or knew my current daily schedule. The self grandiose and entitlement was pathetic. If someone is not formally informed of everything required of them for the lease PRIOR to paying for the application. They should be refunded as promised because you had them make that payment based on incomplete / false information. Those are predatory business practices. I SPECIFICALLY asked if a tax return or notarized document would be required prior to paying for anything and was told no. Just to be told yes again later after I had no way of producing one in the available time frame WAS DENIED AN EXTENSION and was forced to apply elsewhere and stay in a hotel for an elongated period of time. All while The Stewart kept my money because of their undisclosed “conditions process”When I asked the lady whether or not they knew that a specific notarized document may be required prior to me paying for the application. All she could say was “we can’t be sure until your information comes through” but that doesn’t change the fact that you’re aware of the possibility and as such should warn clientele so they could be prepared and not blindsided later on. And all she could follow up with was “Whatever, how else can I help you”Do better.
