Please do yourself a favor and do not order from here. I ordered shaker cabinets back in August from Window Depot. I picked them up in the beginning of September and when I brought them home, I noticed I was given the wrong sized cabinets compared to my order. Window depot was contacted immediately and stated they would order me the correct size and change them out. It’s now November and I still haven’t received them. I called Window Depot and they give me the run around saying they are on order but have no ETA. Due to this I can’t have my project completed and my house looks like a construction site.

First of all horrible customer service , and the supervisor even worst, we had ordered a custom door frame and when I received it, it was wrong, then they didn’t acknowledge their mistake, paid top dollar for a custom door frame $450, never going back again and I highly suggest people not to go. How hard is it to not get it right when you show pictures and yet again they get it wrong when they are the so called PROFESSIONALS. They won’t even refund or change for the right one, or give you credit. HORRIBLE STORE

Ordered 2 Windows on 05/29; We were told it would be 2 weeks … here we are 08/10, still no windows. We called a dozen times, a handful of times we were hung up on. After speaking to 5 employees, we finally got through to the manger who said initially said the windows were on back order, and tried to blame it on Milgard. But when speaking to an employee prior had said the order was “stuck” in their system, aka never put through. Manger said to allow 1 week and he would personally call.. it’s been 2 weeks now and no call from Chad ? Chaz? the “manager” .. Before ordering the 2 windows, we also purchased 5 other windows and an Arcadia door that were in stock with no issues. We have spent $3,000, as soon as they took our money we became non existent.

Walked for the first time and within seconds I was greeted by Dennis. He asked great questions and helped me find what I needed. He walked me tothe doors I was looking for, showed me all the colors and talked me through some differences. Super painless and got a great price! Great people there. Will be back

Beware! Window Depot seems like a company without any character or backbone. Unprofessional, low standards, no commitment to decency. Very poorly managed. sloppy quotes from salespeople who never follow through. sales people don't have any accountability. After discussing issues with a manager he seemed disinterested and complacent and said" i don't know how i can help" It seems crazy that a company of this size could have such poor leadership. I have had multiple interactions over the past year and rarely write any reviews but these repeated negative experiences leave me feeling like they waisted my time, .......disrespected and without the decency and respect a customer should receive. I can only conclude management must be extremely poor

OMG this place is nuts. They sell items they don't have in the warehouse and their ordering and payment system is from the 1990s. They owe me a credit for items they did not have when I picked it up and I am still fighting with them for a refund of items I did not receive. Not worth saving a few bucks. The experience was awful and a total mess.

In general I guess the place was nice but I went there looking for parts and assembly stuff for Windows because you know you'd figure by the name that's what the b but apparently it wasn't there was no window parts there unless you had what brands they had their at the factory

If I could give zero stars I would due to the fact that employees don’t know how to put orders in after you place them, found out 3 weeks later my order was never placed, the manager Zacch instead of apologizing for their mistake, wants to argue and saying its not his fault because he was unaware of my order! Very unprofessional business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED A WINDOW ORDER WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THEY GIVE YOU!

First time here, great selection and prices. Much better than the "big box stores" good place for individual parts or supplies if small repairs are needed to doors or windows. Staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend, and will go back in the future.

Very Unprofessional purchased a door they calmed to have in stock and paid for delivery. Over the span of three weeks when I had to called them to find out when it is going to get delivered keep getting the run around that the scheduler is never available. Finally got them to provided me a date. But when the day they are No Shows. I called them and they told me the oh we don't have your phone number to contact you or your address even though I provided this info at the time of purchase and Its on the Invoice they provided me. They are also claiming that the door is no longer in stock and they have to go find another one.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever done business with! I've made 5 separate purchases and each purchase was wrong. Yes, their merchandise tends to be less expensive than others (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) but when you consider the follow-up calls, numerous emails back and forth, multiple trips to their shops, and most importantly, delays on orders, then it turns out they are the most expensive. Oh and remember the shear aggravation they cause... NOPE I would NEVER buy anything from Window Depot ever again!
