We recently had some extensive work done at Tbird Automotive Specialists. We're very pleased with the work completed. There was an issue with a part when we picked up our vehicle and drove it home, but we were able to get it worked back in right away and Tbird fixed the problem. I'm sure this fix was labor intensive, but this did not cost us. Thank you Tbird Specialists! We will be giving our business to you, again.

I couldn't be more happier after leaving Thunderbird automotive specialist. They took their time making sure that my vehicle got fixed and did the extra mile to make sure that it was safe for me and my daughter.Thank you And on them
they even got me a ride back home and when my vehicle was then they sent me a lift to pick me up that was wonderful. Thank you again

I highly recommend Thunderbird Automotive. My daughters car was over heating when we got her to Arizona on move in day in August for college. Jordan git us right in to fix her car knowing I was leaving the state the next morning. He handled everything over the phone while I was back in California and made sure my daughter was taken care of. Her car needed a new thermostat. Then Friday she needed a new battery. He took care of that as well. It’s comforting knowing there is a knowledgeable honest company out there that won’t take advantage of our young college kids when their parents are so far away. I have no doubt this is how they treat all of their customers. If you have any car trouble in Phoenix look them up.

My visit on 11/15 with a Focus ST for oil/filter, 100k mile coolant flush/replace and brake fluid flush/replace was my first time bringing a vehicle to Thunderbird. A thorough and appreciated inspection of the vehicle by Thunderbird’s mechanic found a fuel leak that I never would have discovered. Jorden provided a fair estimate for the repair and we went ahead with the work and the car was back to me the same day as promised. A week later, after filling the vehicle full with gas, I discovered excessive fuel leaking from under the car. Returned to Thunderbird frustrated and concerned the leak was not repaired. Jorden and staff assured me they were just as concerned about my worries and safety, provided me with sincere apologies for the return visit, and went right to work on determining what happened. After discovering the true source for the leak, Thunderbird credited me the full amount of the previous parts and labor and went above and beyond my expectations in resolving the situation! I commend Jorden for keeping me informed every step of the way, and the rest of the crew for delivering an exceptional experience. I will be back!

I have a 2002 Chevy Blazer they recently repaired. Seems I had been driving on switched distributor wires to plugs 1 & 3. Eventually burned out the distributor cap & rotor, causing the engine to cease. Note: I have had this car in various mechanics hands and not a one saw this. I am giving these guys 5 stars. They deserve it.

This place is awesome; Great staff, understanding of my personal situation, & easy to work with, also great communication & they keep you well updated. I’ve had a few frustrating, & unfortunate experiences with previous shops & mechanics; I gave Thunderbird Automotive a try, they had found issues that went undetected on previous shops’ radars. Aside from the countless amount of 5 stars reviews , I also noticed that this place has been in business since the ‘70s. With the quality service & satisfactory experience I had here, they seem to be the last of a dying breed. This was my first time taking my car for repairs, & very much more than look forward to my future appointments here, as this is my new go-to spot for auto repairs. Thanks! -J

I took my Toyota 4Runner in for a alignment, the steering pull to the left and wearing the tires they did a fantastic job, centered the steering wheel, no pulling to the left and it’s been several months now and my new front tires show no wear extremely happy and will always use And recommend Thunderbird Automotive for all my auto repair jobs
