I would Highly recommend TNT Flooring! Jose assisted me with choosing the carpet and pad that fit my needs as well as my budget. They scheduled the install within a few days of purchase. Jesus and the team @TNT Flooring are great to work with. They are a family owned and operated business. We really liked when one of the owners came over to ensure our search was productive. Jesus used various locations in their showroom and warehouse to illuminate the the differences in shade based upon the different lighting conditions. We highly recommend TNT Flooring.

Jose was extremely helpful, I just bought a house and knew nothing about floors. They walked me through types of floors, explained that you should take a sample to the house before purchasing to see the floor in your own home lighting. If I didn’t do that I’d be stuck with a gray floor that almost looked blue.

We have been shopping for tile for months. We found TNT on instagram but because of our conflicting work hours we had not made it to the store location. I messaged them through IG after a post I saw, Ashley replied immediately and was a wonderful help. She sent me several samples of the color in the price point we were in. Our son stopped by and picked them up. A day later we made our decision and purchased our tile. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and experience. The prices are great as well as the quality of tile. We are so excited for installation. Thank you Ruben & Ashley for all your help and making it so easy !

Just purchased some ceramic tile for my new home from TNT Flooring! Jesus was awesome! As soon as I walked into the place he was super friendly and knowledgeable! He explained the difference of tile and laminate, also was patient with all my and my moms lol questions and concerns! Even showed me pics to give me a visual of how the tile would look once laid! Ruben was also awesome! He took the time to step out of his office and suggest different looks/colors to go with my color theme - one I decided to implement which is adding a herringbone pattern to my entry way! I felt at ease and never pressured to make a decision. They both went above and beyond! I went with the 'Sunken Teka' tile! Also, other companies gave me a timeline of 2-3 weeks when the tile would be in stock! They already had the tile in stock which is so convenient! Cannot wait to have it installed! They also have super competitive pricing. If you're ever in need of tile, go with them! Pics of my install coming soon!

I was trying to coordinate a remodel of the interior of a home I am purchasing in the state of Washington and needed to view some samples of the flooring I was interested in purchasing in person. Although I did not purchase materials from TNT, Ashley was so helpful! What great customer service! She helped me over the phone a couple of times and was just super when I stopped by the showroom to look at the samples she did have in stock. Jesus greeted me as soon as I walked through the door at TNT. He was extremely pleasant and professional. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but after a brief conversation he was able to provide several suggestions which were very helpful. I had the option of purchasing identical carpet near my home, but the customer service I experienced in working with Jesus is extremely rare and worth the drive. I would recommend TNT to anyone who values great customer service!

My wife and I recently visited TNT Flooring to order tile and carpet for our home we are remodeling. Jesus helped us and made it a super comfortable experience. We didn't feel pressured the whole time we were there. He took the time to show us all the options we were interested in and answered all our questions, helping us narrow it down to the tile and carpet we chose. He even helped suggest the perfect grout to accompany the tile we chose. We didn't know the exact measurements we needed, so he helped us come up with an estimate, just so we could open an order and make sure they had materials on hand as we were still a few weeks out from being ready to install. They gave me the name of an installer they trust, Raphael, who came out and measured all the spaces. We realized we'd need to modify our order a bit, reducing the tile we needed and ordering more carpet and TNT made that process super quick and easy. 10/10 would definitely use these guys again. My flooring is about 90% installed now, but I'll try and remember to update this with pictures once it's done.

Just stopped by TNT Flooring after not being able to find any LVP in stock that we loved at other stores. Their 5 star rating was spot on! Jose was a pleasure to work with and made our experience very easy. Showroom had lots of options with very affordable pricing. We walked out with everything we needed and can’t wait to install it! I’ve been in twice to purchase tile and both times the customer service was great. Ashley was very helpful and so was the rest of the staff. They have a really good selection of flooring. I recommend visiting them for your flooring needs.
