WORST insurance agent ever. He is NEVER available to reach. Good luck getting any type of response. His demeanor is just plain disrespectful, and he could care less about any of his clients. I have filed a formal complaint with State Farm against Tom Prezkop for his negligence!

Pam is great and super helpful. She has helped me numerous times with my auto and condo insurance. She responds to emails immediately and is available by phone anytime I need her.
