Cave creek and bell is or favorite Home Depot store!! My husband and I have a small remodeling business Emerick Renovations so we frequent Home Depot's all over the valley. Angie is the most dedicated and personable employee. She remembered us after one time of meeting and always makes our trips pleasurable! Thank you Angie. you are lucky to have her Home Depot.

Ordered something for curb side pickup. From my experience the last time I did this I knew I had to call customer service to let them know I was there. I was pit on hold. 55 minutes later I am still on hold listening to bad music and the giving varios marketing pitchs" The call has now reached 58 minutes.

You got to talk to Angie when in the garden section! Such a big help, and made sure EVERYONE was helped during my time there!:) Been coming to this Home Depot for years and she's the only memorable employee so far! Give her a raise!

First of all, never buy appliance from Home Depot specially, your washer and dryer because Maytag and whirlpool tells the employees or sales people that it has a 10 year warranty but not true it only warrantees the tub not the whole machine I had call friend of mine that does repair for Maytag n whirlpool and I I confronted the employees and they did say it was true so make sure you ask questions about the warranty

I saw a packout toolbox for $119.00 (clearly and visibly posted). when I went to the register to pay they wanted $179.00. They go and check the price tag and it still says $119.00 with no other conflicting tags. I ask if they would honor the price that was presented to me. They say no. I leave and take my business elsewhere.

Only reason they aren't getting one star is because there was a helpful female associate when we entered the store that was courteous but the garden center was a different story. The associate couldn't find the tiles in the system we were purchasing so asked me to go back and get a picture of the price. I'm recovering from chemo (and it's pretty obvious with my head scarf and how I look) and was already panting from walking through the garden center. My mom is in a wheelchair and has Parkinson's and he couldn't take his lazy self back to get the price because he was too incompetent to find it himself. That's just rude customer service.

The door is locked and I need a new key. The lady who runs this is such a joke as she parks her car behind the gate next to her office so it looks like nobody is inside.

I needed lumber cut. I moved the lumber. I asked for help. I waited and waited and then walked around a bit. Someone said they would be there to cut and never came back. Shelving and moving wood around is busy, but DON't offer CUTS IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER. RUDE LAZY EMPLOYEES

Why does no one at Home Depot know what they're talking about anymore or what customer service is... their electrical guy has no idea what anything is in the isle or what they are for. Kept asking us the same questions we were asking him and eventually without saying anything to us he just started helping other customers. Never said he couldn't find it or we'd have to go somewhere else... just stopped looking for our stuff and started taking other people... after the third other person he helped I told him we would be leaving and going to a different location and he said bye. Wow... you suck and so does this company now.

I went in needing a new front door. No one was around to help. There was a guy making someone a key. I waited until he was done. I then asked if someone could help me in doors. He said no. I asked what we could do. He told me I was out of luck and walked away. I said I would just go to Lowes. He was just walking away and didn't care. Bad customer service.

They only have 2 flat carts at this location.. one is blocking an isle being used for storage.. the other is taken.. I asked 2ppl before I decided just to go elsewhere.. I'm a contractor searching for contractor stuff.. not a homeowner searching for stuff to bbq.. grocery carts don't work..

Bought bolts from Cave Creek and Bell Rd yesterday. Got the wrong size. Today, with my receipt, all packaging, and card that paid for it they will not do a return without scanning my drivers license. Its $5.16, and store credit was fine. Nope. I won't be back. Manager was condescending. As I was leaving, the elderly lady greeter mumbled I don't know what the big deal is just show you DL." Terrible store.

Used to be if you needed home project materials, remodeling hardware, paint, lumber, or gardening stuff this was the place to go & if you needed help not only was there someone nearby to help you, they were trades & craftsmen (people), in the department that you were in and were able to help with professional help & advice to help your project be successful. These days it's difficult to find anyone to help you & they don't have specific knowledge or experience most likely. Then to find a person to help you checkout is a about as easy as it is at Fry's grocery. If "self checkout" is an experience you enjoy, I will assume you've been indoctrinated successfully-trying to get a teenager's attention because your item won't scan, you didn't place it next to the scanner fast enough etc. not only is more time consuming for ME-the customer, it is in my opinion a sign of indignation towards the customer. And don't even get me started with the criminal treatment you can expect if you need to return an item....Look I can understand the influences, decisions, corporate cost savings etc for everything I've mentioned. However if I wanted an experience that is more uncomfortable than shopping online with about the same level of customer appreciation and assistance I'd stay home. It's just my opinion that the pendulum has swung too far on the wrong direction. But I did come across a True Value store that is focusing on whatever demographic slot I've fallen into. Couple bucks more...no worries.
