Very kind and friendly, everywhere wants $250 and above diagnostic fees, he said bring it in we have a free inspection for free. Really honest he said he would change just the failing part and won't push to change everything on a convertible top

The top shop replaced my convertible top on my 2004 350z. I was warned that many shops do not have the experience and skill to even attempt such a project. Some who do try are reported to struggle with synchronizing the functions to allow for the proper operation of the top. It was important for me to find a reputable company who had the experience and practice in accomplishing this task to avoid issues. James did a great job. Yeah, they are booked out weeks/months in advance, and the result was worth the wait.
