Since the upgrade and continuous tweaks made by Triad our speed is great. We have not had any issues with slow speed our no speed. I will be a long time customer.

I have used Triad in Tucson Estates since they started 15+? years ago. Service, price and support are all very good. I like calling and getting a PERSON! When service is down they get right on it.

I think a great deal of time it depends where you live what towers service you I see people complaining all the time but I got nothing but good things to say about the quality of service including when there is problems how quickly it is taken care of. You can't beat the customer service and believe me when your rural it counts.....

Never been happier with Triad! I am especially happy that this company has not gone overseas and am able to contact and speak with our local Triad Customer Service which is also great! Can't ask for better programming in my opinion and for me is very affordable. Hope we always have this outstanding and all around quality service!

An absolute horrible company to ever go through run if you can problems every time the wind blows customer service is absolutely deplorable the manager should be fired and never ever have a customer service job again and they should also learn what freedom of speech is

If you have a problem you call and they are right on it. If you need them to check something out at your house they get there guy right there. I have never had any problems with Triad. They are very good.
