We have had Triad for well over four years and we LOVE THEM...... It is my sister and me and we both can only say good things about them. The very few problems we have had we call and they fix it in a very timely manner. We have 2 phones, 1 computer, 1 Alexa, 5 tv'a Life couldn't be better.

After a couple of quirks they got us up and running.Wonderful customer service.Thanks to Eric, Nolan, Michelle. Gene and others who's name I didn't catch.Give them a try for reasonable prices and great customer service.

Worst service all around. Internet is poor quality at best, customer service is practically non existent and they have serious attitude problems if you do contact someone. Internet is down constantly and it is never fixed in a timely manner. Go with anyone else if you have the option to. Sadly I do not.

They are unable to keep up with their quality. We are paying for 200+ mb, we are getting 5 mb. This has been a consistent issue for over 2 weeks, calling to try to resolve this issue and.... nothing. Surprise!They do not care for you. They are lazy. They do not want to fix their issues. Do not take them, even Cox cares more which is crazy to think about.

I originally went with triad wireless because they had the fastest. Upload speed for my cameras or so that's what they said.. I have had more outages, slower speed times and their service has created more problems in my job than any other service i've ever went to. Their towers are always down and they are more of a headache than they are helpful. I have had service technicians at my house every 2to3 months And we've asked multiple times for them to switch router. They have cut wires they have taped wires they have done everything To shortcut except what we asked them to do. Now, they tell me that if they don't find Nothing wrong. They are going to charge me for their service fee.. I will be canceling my service when my contract is up I do not recommend this company to anyone, unless you like constant chaos.

I have experienced excellent customer service and internet with Triad wireless. There are those occasions from adverse weather that causes slow speeds or no internet. I have used Cox, Century Link, and Viasat......Triad is the best for my location, excellent service.

This company used to care about their customers. I’ve been with them for well over a year. Now that they are established or overwhelmed, they do not care. I had no service for 10 days and they refused to credit my account.

This company charges for internet service but can't deliver. No offer of refunds constantly drops off with no explanation or communication with its customers? Perhaps the Attorney Generals Office should have a look into their business practices!

This is the worst internet company I have ever seen in my life, the speed we were promised was 55mbps and 40ms latency, but instead, at the time of this review I currently have 200kbps, and about 95% of the time I have over 200ms latency and at most 15mbps and at least 3mbps. The customer service is also terrible, every time I have called I have never been able to talk to any agents except one time where the guy was rude, and hung up on me for not knowing was a certain port was on the back of the router. Also any time there is any storm or even the slightest gust of wind, my Wifi will go down at unusable speeds. If you are considering business with this company, please don't, this is the worst Wifi in the entire world, and I'm sure 3rd world countries have better Wifi.

Internet is terrible and always has shut offs. Customer service takes forever to get ahold of. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Don't let the cheap cost fool you.
