Jason and his crew are true professionals, from scheduling our move thru moving day,the entire process was seamless. We thru a few curve balls at Jason and he was able to change our move date at the last minute with no problem as well as making a refrigerator swap at the last minute,not to mention his crew taking down a very large TV from the bedroom wall.His entire crew showed up right on time,went to work wrapping everything with blankets, very careful and efficient,they unloaded at the new house and were very conscientious of where we wanted everything placed.We are very impressed with True Move and will happily recommend them to anyone dealing with the stressful ordeal of moving, they are exceptional.

SAVE YOURSELF AND HIRE TRUE MOVE!!
This was our first time hiring professional movers so we didn’t quite know what to expect. I am pretty picky and don’t really like people touching my stuff so I was very nervous. But oh my gosh, they did such an excellent job! All furniture was wrapped with blankets and plastic wrap so there were no scuffs, dirt, or damage. All boxes were moved using a hand truck so there wasn’t any jostling of what was inside. I’ve never seen a group of people work so quickly yet gently! I tried to help but realized I was just getting in their way, so all I had to do was sit back and relax.
My only regret is not hiring them sooner!!

As a first-time mover, and someone very particular, think borderline obsessive compulsive, I was anxious about the whole process, especially when it came to my personal items. I was fully prepared to make several trips in my own car just to make sure things were handled exactly how I wanted. But as soon as the crew arrived, they completely put me at ease.
They were beyond professional, punctual, and friendly. I honestly didn’t lift a finger, just pointed where things should go. They handled everything with care and efficiency. They knew exactly what they were doing, and they never stopped moving. They hustled every second to get the job done quickly and smoothly.
I’ve already recommended them to three different people, and I’ll absolutely be using them again for any future moves or big furniture jobs. For someone as particular as I am to say that, that’s saying a lot.

Jason and his team handled my move across Arizona, and I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of both my time and belongings. The truck was spotless, well-equipped, and the entire crew hustled without ever cutting corners.
Their calm, confident presence really stood out. Whether I was ultra-organized or juggling last-minute details, they made it work—and assured me they would. Communication was excellent, and they handled everything with genuine care.

True move was a blessing to have found. They were able to do a same day emergency move out with packing/loading in short notice. Jason was very polite and professional. He also communicated very well. Our mover Ryan was also polite and professional. The company itself is amazing and very affordable. I recommend to everyone and will certainly recommend to family and friends.

We had a great experience with this team. From first estimate to wrapping up the move, Jason and team were professional and friendly. All fragile and delicate items were carefully wrapped and transported. Jason himself is very customer focused and sets a great example for his team. We would highly recommend this team for any local or interstate move.

Our go to moving company. We have used them for both short and long term moves with the recent one from Phoenix to Seattle. Jason and his team are truly the best and are punctual, professional, and very reasonable in their pricing. They handled our heavy furniture with such care. I cannot express how thankful I am for Jason and Ryan! Jason (owner) was incredibly responsive and ensured all of my questions were answered prior to the move. He worked with my scheduled that flipped around a few times leading up to the move and never once made it seem like a hassle. Both him and Ryan were extremely efficient as well and made the most out of my time with them. I will 100% utilize Jason and his team should I move in the future and would absolutely recommend them to others considering moving companies in Arizona.

What a great moving company! The guys that helped with my move were fantastic and very careful with my belongings. We went through the house to determine what was going to the new place and they got to work right away. Jason was super helpful getting me scheduled, even last minute while waiting for my home to close. I highly recommend the guys at True Move and will definitely use them in the future!!
