Try Me Bicycle Shop is a long-standing and community-minded staple. It is known as an amazing place with good vibes, super budget friendly, and conveniently located. The shop is loaded with amazing bikes, including many unique vintage options not seen elsewhere, which are very nostalgic, almost like a museum. It is not a big box retailer, but the experienced mechanic knows everything about bicycles and can fix most problems or find obscure parts. The service is very nice, beginner friendly, and often done while you wait. You can get what you need for a good price with good service, guaranteeing quality work. This is the bike shop to go to for something specific, a unique bike, or a repair, not for a high-end new purchase. It is the kind of business everyone should be supporting.
The guy is nice and always has what you need for a good price... The used bikes are very nostalgic.. kinda like a museum with newer parts and an experienced bike mechanic... If you want a 10,000$ mountain bike this is not the place but he most definitely could work on it and get the parts in a reasonable price,?

This place and the owner are just amazing. We stop by to buy tire patch kits to hand out to the unhoused and he always gives us a good deal. This place is loaded with amazing bikes, many vintage ones not seen elsewhere. This is the kind of community minded business we all should be supporting!!

Sunnyslope Staple bought my first in, well parents did for me, 1979. two days later it was swiped by some bullies and I was left bloodied and crying. Bought two more through out the years, it's been a decade or two, I'll be stopping by today, lost a wheel bearing, See if Leon has one sitting in a old coffee can? Peace!
