This is my first experience with this store. I brought in 22 items. The majority were Eileen Fisher tops and pants in excellent condition. The woman who checked them in said they would go fast and to call in a month. I did call this morning and was told 17 items were still there and they owed me 19 dollars. My friend went in and scoured the store and found five pairs of pants and no tops or dresses. The staff had no explanation and gave her my check for 19 dollars for three items. They stated "sometimes things get lost." I am not sure what to make of that or who has my stuff. My recommendation is to avoid this place!

March 2024 I consign all of the time with this store & they have a consignment schedule for drop off, also have reasonable prices & really awesome style for their choices in furniture consignment.Like new clothes & shoes, some kid stuff & great for a quick purse find on a budget.Previous post:Tanya was super helpful today. She let me consign at a couple minutes to 5:30 PM even though they stop consigning earlier than that now.She said if you listen to their voicemail, push option 3. That should give you the hours for consigning.I know they were not happy but it was nice of them.

I just to THANK, Abby and Jasmine for going, beyond being helpful. These two girls saved, my life. My neighbor was supposed to help me move a rather large painting from the store but at the last minute had an emergency and couldn't. I was ready to just leave it at the store. They helped me put it in my car, that I thought would never fit, but they did it. I tried to buy them coffee for helping me and they declined and said it was a pleasure. You don't find this kindness from younger people nowadays, but hats off to these beautiful young ladies. I'm a Forever customer, due to their help. Thanks again Turn style Consignment.

Customer service is poor at the Tatum and Bell location. The lady with blonde and curly hair (assuming is the manager) has been rude on a few different separate occasions. The first time, I gave her the benefit of the doubt but 2nd time, months later, decided she’s just an unfriendly and unhappy person for no reason who doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. Another lady with dark hair, probably another manager was not different from her. I will no longer be coming here and supporting their business. Don’t waste your time and money on this store.

if u like having ur time wasted and money drain come here. first off, there product is poor quality and overpriced. secondly, consigning there is a nightmare. the staff treats u like a burden, regularly rolling there eyes and being incredibly inpatient with confused consigners. the wait times are ridiculous and they don't even tell you when they've finished going through your items. i just sat there for an hour waiting for them to finish going through my things and found out she had finished them half an hour before i finally lost my patience and asked if she was done. most frustrating of all, they made a mistake putting me in there system which resulted in them deducting money from my account. the girl at counter even told me that they never trained her on how to use the system. so why exactly am i paying for there lack of ability to train staff. not sure, but i am sure i won't be coming here again.

The blonde lady who I believe is the manager needs a reality check on how to deliver customer service. I went in to shop and the men’s section had no clothes on the rack (very little) walked around and saw empty shelves by the home stuff and then headed out past this woman where I stopped and asked if they are looking for furniture or clothes and she ignored me and looked past me with out a response. This isn’t The only time I’ve seen her be rude. So I know that taking that as disrespectful Behavior. I get she may be busy, but people now in days think that they’re entitled to something or someone’s business or that they don’t have to give customer service to their customer service or to only Some customers it’s just horrible and the reason why online shopping is going to put these type of stores out of business because people Don’t know how to act.. If you’re a male male looking for clothes, don’t bother

Turnstyle is a consignment store on the SW corner of Bell Road and Tatum. They have a large assortment of good-looking clothes and some furniture for sale. There's dressing rooms for try-ons.

Clothing selection is much better than Goodwill, but prices are a little higher. Definitely caters to older women more than younger.I've also had better luck consigning here than anywhere else.
