Needed a new motherboard installed on my LG TV. A very reasonable price. Arrived exactly when they said they would. A professional install. TV works fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly caring staff. Prompt response, product returned as promised, quality workmanship. Very helpful, knowledgeable. Our TV is like it never left the house. Our LED backlighting went out. They had our TV back in a week and reasonable price for repair of a 75" Sony bravia TV.

These guys are making deals that they're not willing to back up. They want your money and they want to do a good job but they're just not able to. I ordered a television for them for an event, they have a promise of no hassle 10 day guaranteed delivery. I ordered the TV with plenty of time to be there even with a five day buffer and it still wasn't here on the day of the event. Needing to cancel the order so that I could get something in the city that was available on that day I expected the full refund that they had promised. And they actually promised to give me my refund as well. That was two months ago. They gave me back part of my money then it was just one excuse after another. Restocking fee, I reminded them of their hassle free policy, then they said they hadn't received the TV yet, I never took possession of it so I don't know what's taking so long to get it back to them. These guys feel like they're one television away from going under I wouldn't buy a hotdog from them

My warranty company went through them. Had my TV back within a week. Screen went out sadly enough. They came to my house diagnose what it was fast, loaded up my TV, and let me know a few days. Was a good experience overall. Happy with my experience and plan on telling my warranty company that too.

My 75" Samsung SmartTV suddenly wouldn't turn on So I searched Yelp and found TVS. Some of their older reviews weren't that great but the most recent reviews were good. I gave them a try, and I'm glad I did. Their communication was very good, and they were able to get the necessary part in right away. I thought supply chain delays would get in the way, but they are a certified Samsung repair shop and it only took a couple of days. Geek squad was of no help, so really grateful for Alex and his brother.

Terrible! Same guy every time. And every time he just tries to tell me my tv is not broken when it clearly is! Does not inspect the problem, does not listen to me when I tell him the picture goes bright than dark randomly. Today he literally told me its not broken and its the settings and leaves in under 3 minutes. Leaving me to call the warranty place AGAIN when, what do you know, but the picture fades to such a low brightness I can barely make out the picture!

Brought my 65" Samsung in for repair. They were able to fix it quickly. Their evaluation fees are very fair. And they helped me work with Samsung to get the repair covered under warranty.On top of that, they finished my repair very quickly. They were friendly, and my television works flawlessly. I am very happy with my experience.Edit: 7 months later. TV is still working perfect. 08/03/21

This experience was wonderful. They diagnosed my Sony Bravia 55" 3D before I left the shop. The estimate came true, they nailed it the first time, no surprises. They had to order parts to replace the ones that failed. When they received the parts they installed them and let them "burn in" (what we used to call it IBM). Basically that's to let it run overnight. That way first time failure of new parts is discovered in the shop to make sure when I get it home it has no surprises for me. Very smart! Again cost was exactly as predicted and very reasonable.

After a lengthy warranty repair process, both owners of the company were extremely professional in explaining the issue with the tv, warranty company and timing. Thank you TVS for taking the time to explain the process to a frustrated consumer. I would recommend TVS for their service.
