I have recently moved to Phoenix and this was the U-Haul I decided to drop off the trailer and U-Haul to, as well storing my items here. Very friendly staff and they were all very kind as well. The facility was nice and neat, and I felt the process was straight forward and they got me everything I needed in a timely manner. If I'm moving again in the future, I'm for sure coming back to this location.

Tim is just a straight narcissist. For somebody who’s grandfather was a cop, you’d think he’d have some integrity.I’ve seen him roast several customers in a row, yell at customers, kick folks out of the store for questioning him, and overall act like an anti-social creep. The dude is actually malignant, as antagonistic as anyone I’ve run across in life.I would not be surprised if dude hits the national news one day with people in chained in his basement. The vibes are truly that alarming.Buddy will stand at the register with a predatory stare, lock eyes with you and dripping with aggression demand, “what do you want???”He’ll toss the u-haul keys at you like, “first truck on the left! DONT forget to fill it up…”It’s literally like dealing with some underworld kingpin. If you don’t believe me, visit the store. He’s the dude who looks like he was sent here from the viking times and filled with estrogen.He’s not the greatest at customer service.

U- Haul? More like you suck!! This guy Tim sold me flimsy a$$ boxes and upsold me shoddy tape. I figured hey maybe the guy knows what he's doing he works here. Right? Wrong!! Took me for a ride on those spinning wheels just to give me a horrible thrill of dissatisfaction. If that is their representation of good customer service I'm blown away. And not in a good way. You stand behind a desk and complain about your customers being crackheads and you know who not to rent them to. My goodness. What a lovely way to look down on your profit. So Thank you Tim (Timothy) for showing me you get high on your own supply, you walk around high and mighty (around a u-haul I might add), and you fail to be in touch with the reality of who your customers are.

I came here to pick up my U-Haul, did the self-service and it didn’t turn on. I called, and they didn’t resolve anything. I got charged and everything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT at all.

I would recommend the location cause it’s good u have a good selection of trucks and moving stuff what is very bad is the customer service the staff don’t greet you and ask how can they help I stood in line waiting for over 30 min just to get the process started then they brought the truck around and the guy just left it there anyone could have taken the truck and driven away they don’t show u about the truck where lights turn on and make sure all blinkers and stuff are working also got the truck at practically empty the service can be better

Avoid this location. I have rented several times from U-Haul and have never experienced anything like I did from this place.I reserved a truck online so I could - naturally - move stuff. When I arrived at the location, a man with longer hair told me I was unable to rent that truck and take it out of town. (Online it said I was able.) He tried to upsell me into another truck instead, which was not what I wanted or needed since my haul wasn’t much. I declined and argued with him about the rental, then when he still refused to give me the truck, I called customer service. After speaking with them and proving my point, he finally let me rent the truck since it was within their policies.I rented the truck for 3 days and scheduled to have it brought back at the same exact location. On 2 separate occasions the truck didn’t crank, and it had several lights on the dashboard (including it needed an oil change from the moment I pulled out of the store). I called customer service to let them know about all the lights and the service it needed, as well as that it didn’t crank on 2 occasions.When I took the truck back, I parked it next to a sign that said something along the lines “wait here with your rental truck and someone will come by to assist you”. It was the spot to park the truck and wait for someone to come by and talk to me about dropping it off. Someone else pulled behind me. Both of us waited for over 20 minutes for someone. The people behind me got fed up and walked in the store. Then someone decided to come out and ask about the trucks.Everything about this place is ridiculous. I called customer service about all their charges, the $90 gasoline charge for not even half a tank’s worth of gas, the unacceptable service at the location I rented from, the truck’s poor performance, etc.I was supposed to receive a call or email from the manager within 3 business days of calling customer support about these issues. No one contacted me. I called today and found out the manager documented there were no issues with the truck and that he was denying me any reimbursement or compensation that I requested. I had to call to find this out. I just reopened the dispute and will be talking to someone in a higher position. I will also be disputing any U-Haul charge with my bank for the incompetence and inconveniences.

Tai! Best worker at Uhaul. We were in a really tough situation and Tai was so positive about it. He really made my families day and I just wanted to say there is not many people like him. Uhaul you are very lucky to have him as a worker!

This would not be an ideal location to newbies for renting uhauls for the first time. I've rented a handful of times before and I still disliked the little assistance I received from staff.After completing paperwork, counter staff told me where to get the truck from, did not walk out with me to assist.The parking spots for the uhauls are extremely tight, I had to ask one of the unloading employees to pull out the truck, last thing I need was to be held liable for any damages to the truck pulling it out myself. After staff pulled it out, they adjusted the mirrors themselves and just walked off. Didn't wait for me to get in the car to adjust mirrors to where I felt comfortable, this is service I have received at other locations.Additionally, they just let you drive off without an inspection upfront WITH staff present, you get texted a link to do the inspection yourself after driving off with ithe truck.When I got to my destination, had to call the location immediately because the uhaul dolly was disconnected and I needed to make sure they wouldnt charge me for it.
