Fast, friendly service. The owner of this location helped us out and had a great attitude while doing it! We needed a few 100 pound propane tanks filled, and no other U-Haul location in the vicinity was willing to help us.

Really poor - spent 2 hours there getting estimate - finally got that, and tgey had sent measurements, photos etc of our vehicle to "Hitch World" their proprietary service. Ordered special hitch, called 15 x next day and day after to make sure it came in - they never answer the phone at branch, always goes to 800 number, left at least 8 messages and wrre promised call-back. They never call back. Drove 30 miles to installation appointment, they came out in 15 minutes and said "hitch doesn't fit" despite all the time wasted sending dimensions and photos to their "experts". Said ther was nothing they could do - 4 days, 3 1/2 hours on site, and 120 miles back and forth for the crappiest possible "service" - avoid

Christina got me all hooked for a trailer hitch install very quickly and made it a real easy process. Manager and other staff were all very nice and accommodating. Will definitely come back and rent equipment from them.

Christina there was very helpful. I needed service done to fix the current hitch on my vehicle and she was on top of things. Made sure everything was right. Really pleasant experience. I would highly recommend seeing her for hitch work/installs.
