Your young staff members in the office have no clue to the services you provide.
Our unit was broken into 2 times in a 4 week span and all you could do was say sorry.

My storage was broken into 2 years ago. I had stuff stolen and torn open boxes were thrown everywhere. The insurance company has yet to do anything about it. I would add a 0 if I could and all I get told was to pay my monthly bill. So, not even a free month or anything from them.

I had a storage unit at this establishment for 8 years. This is the best U-Haul I have ever been too. The owner does his job Perfectly! He helped fix my reservations, above & beyond. VERY knowledgeable & price is amazing.

Barn doors are not for a public storage I got charged double for another storage unit to store my vehicle so I paid double for there mistakes and I mean online uhaul doesn't check these stores at all
