My return time was very close to their closing time. I contacted the location and made them aware of my arrival time for return. I made it back and the staff checked in my return in a polite professional manner even though it was right at closing.

This location, always put you on hold after answering and leaves you on hold an no one ever pick up the line after. Also when answering the phone they are extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely will not be doing business with this location.

Spoke with the GM Natalie about renting a unit, she was extremely professional and courteous. Gave us throughout explanation on the unit. The facility was very clean and organized, it’s an amazing center.

I can't say enough good about Natalie who was working the desk by herself but running people through two computers, helping one and then the other like a multi-tasking wizard. She was extremely polite and helpful to rude customers and she never broke character. Tara then took me out and helped me get my trailer hooked up. Thank you both for what could have been a miserable experience.

I really appreciated the convenience of being able to self-check in and the various locations that were available to assist me.This made time management more efficient and the reliability of U-Haul to me as a customer ore gratifying and less stressful.

GM was not very welcoming or polite. She has the demeanor of a warden. The return inspection felt like I was being checked for drugs. They did not “allow” me to exit the vehicle while it was being inspected. Questioned multiple times if I had a major credit card to continue the transaction. Little things like this create a terrible customer experience. This location will not be receiving my business again.

Natalie Parkwood was awesome! She really helped us get the truck for the time we needed it and gave us a great deal on a storage unit that was the size we needed! She made a difficult time and situation so much easier to deal with! She's amazing!

I've literally been on hold on 2 different lines for over 20 minutes and counting. I can't drive there just to talk to someone. I understand they are busy, but this is ridiculous. My issue would take less than 5 minutes to resolve but no one can be bothered to answer the phone. Customer service is definitely not a priority at this location.

Today I went for a customer service job interview with Natalie. Upon arriving to the premises I wasn't greeted professional and only stated are you ready to start? I replied yes. She stated I wouldn't be interviewing only cleaning first. Because that is how she determines whether I am good enough. I stated that I won't not clean up instead I wanted a professional interview. And she walked away and said this job is not for you then. Wow no respect that I am a Marine veteran that deserved her respect.

Helpful staff! Due to GCU end of semester move-out they were very busy. But the staff took the time to make sure all customers were taken care of. A+ Clean truck, easy process.

They called me a liar saying I didn't pay my storage fee when I SHOWED Them my payment coming out of my Bank & Posted to my Bank Account. After numerous attempts to reach that branch I had to call corporate. Corporate advised me that my payment was applied to another unit under someone else's name. I had Paid for a Truck Rental because THAT Person helped me move. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE or even know there was a Unit in their name & it cost me $127+ to get some of my stuff out of My unit. It took a lot of my time & energy (numerous phone calls, trips to U-Haul etc) to get MY Credit info taken OFF everything!.I suggest U-Haul Personell, no matter what level, work WITH THE CUSTOMER & DON'T tell them THEY DIDN'T MAKE PAYMENTS after they SHOW THEY DID. Your LEDGER IS NOT ALWAYS CORRECT Natalie (43rd & Camelback) & you lack in Professionalism & Customer Service.

I had a problem with a truck that had bad brakes. They took care of that. Also gave me a credit. This is a good place to get your truck.
