Went to this location as I needed a trailer hitch installed by next day. The service technician had called out sick and the manager Keith, instead of canceling spent his afternoon completing the install! Really super guy who went out of his way to accommodate my time schedule! Can't recommend the high level of customer service and manager enough!!!

I have been dealing with uhauls on the opposite side of the valley dealing with other uhauls there are always problems this uhaul in particular always know what they are doing the manager Roger knows everything about uhaul and if there is a problem he always knows how to fix it. Super nice very profesional I highly recommend using this uhaul until everywhere else gets there stuff together if I was the owner I would have Roger as a field manager to drive around to other uhauls making sure they are operating like he sees fit cause it’s not wrong thank you so much for your professionalism.

I had to rent a truck for a food festival, and after getting it, I realized I got too small of one that didn’t have a ramp that I needed. Because I used the app and picked it up after hours, I had to wait until the next day to try to exchange it. Keith answered my call and set me up with a bigger truck. Then when I got to the location 8 hours later, Keith was still working and helped me modify my reservation again so that I could save some money.Keith was very patient with me and provided great service. I also really like the U-Haul app and its ease. I highly recommend this U-Haul location. I have used it multiple times for moves and for food festivals.

The GM Keith is a MESS!! he will hit on you, flirt with you, and bend over backwards to help you, the minute you don't fall into it, he will Red bar you, and lie and say that he can no longer help you.I went in a few months ago, and rented a 8-ft pickup truck, and used my boyfriend's card, he took that payment over the phone, and manually entered in that card number for me. He did that because he said he didn't want my man traveling from scottsdale, he would rather sit there and talk to me. Another worker was there and sat quietly and looked kinda shocked.He (Keith) even took me off the red bar list, because he said he felt that the associate made up lies about me due to a personal issue that one of the owners Joe Kruger has against me.( I let him know that my daughter had been SAd at a different location while she worked there, and was then fired by Joe Kruger for trying to take time off of work to get mental help.)He then typed into the database, that I was not a terroristic threat, that I was a good person, and I was okay to rent to, he even noted, that I happen to have my level one fingerprint clearance card with me, and he cautioned allegedly in the notes, that it could be defamation of character if they weren't cautious about what they were writing in the notations.All of this is in the U-Haul notes, I can't make up any of this, and now he's refusing to rent to my daughter, with her own debit card, because it didn't have her name on it. LIKE WHAT??I asked him was that the case, or was it the fact that I didn't engage in him trying to hit on me, and now my daughter or anybody else who is seen with me has to pay. HE THEN LIED, AND SAID HE HAD NO RECOLLECTION, he said I was lying, and why would he hit on me because he's married. I then reminded him, that you have records, and they could definitely pull up my last receipt, and then go to the cameras and pull up the visit, and it would show him swinging the computer to me and allowing me to read what they were writing about me because he felt so flabbergasted that they would dare say such bad things about me.She had no issues renting 10 foot trucks for a whole week straight, she was renewing it online, where nobody got to see her card, and ZERO issues, all of a sudden I (her mom) walks into the store, and now there's an issue.He has also lied and said that he would adjust a prior rental for my daughter's 10-ft truck, and he did not do that. Uhaul has in fact stolen $30 from me. And although it's not much, it's the principal behind it.

Have been going to and using this store for years. The manager Keith is great. Very helpful. At POG Moving We pick up trucks and Uboxes from 19th and Bell regularly. We support local business and for as big as Uhaul is this store really feels and competes a local caring feel

Took my Jeep in for a trailer hitch install months ago (January 2023). They had my vehicle for 2 days and the installer told me "he wasn't sure" about my vehicle, but was finally able to get it installed. Never had the need to actually use it until just before Thanksgiving 2023. Went to rent a trailer from the same location. They plugged their trailer into the hitch they installed and blew out my electrical system. They had my car another 2 days to try and figure out what was happening, including having the original installer look at it. When they finally said they didn't know what was wrong because they "used the right wiring" I went to pick up my car to find that the windows, lift gate, interior lighting, speakers and a host of other things wouldn't work. It was then up to me to figure out the problem and find someone to fix it. I took my car to Moon Valley Auto (who I HIGHLY recommend) and they were able to trace the problem. It turns out the installer ran a screw through the wiring of my car and that is what shorted out the system. That doesn't even include the fact that Uhaul just ran the wiring down the middle of my car, zip tying it to mounts and having the wiring laying across my exhaust. Because of this mess, I was unable to start my out of state move and the repair cost me about $800. This all happened in November of 2023 and I have been asking about a reimbursement since then. I just received word today that the reimbursement was put back on the card I had originally used for the hitch install, which isn't even a card I use anymore. They never asked me how I would like the issue to be handled. It took me bugging them to finally get an answer. Save the hassle and go to a different Uhaul location. I will not be returning to this one even for a trailer rental.

The store was clean and tidy, all of the staff was friendly, the staff was helpful throughout the process of renting a vehicle, and everything was clearly stated regarding pricing. The staff also created a positive interaction experience. When returning the vehicle, they helped us park. The staff made it a quick and easy process for returning as well. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will be returning to this location in the future whenever I need to rent a U-Haul again.

The worst U-Haul is Arizona. Over price by 3 times and really freaking rude survice. I would not even recommend them to my enemies.

we visited this location to get packing materials for a sudden need to move. Roger was so kind and professional. he made suggestions that have made the packing experience MUCH LESS stressful without draining our wallet. We we in and out in an officiant time and left feeling like VIP. We need some additional services for a trailer rental and hitch installation; we won't go anywhere else. THANK YOU Roger and team. You helped more than we could verbalize.

Its a Uhaul. Pick up was ok. Not a fan of the digital process and returning was less than to be desired . They only had one person there. Kieth did great given the owners of this Uhaul need to have more staff, especially on a Saturday

I would just like to formally thank David Atlas & Mr. Roger when they went the extra mile to help me get the vehicle i needed. I was lacking a lot of the basic information I needed to finish the rental, but David made sure that for U-Haul & my customer experience the transaction went smoothly and accurate! Give these men raises and more Co workers!

Truck barely had breaks and they charged us for gas when we filled it up more then what we received it at. Wouldn't recommend coming here again.
