The Barry's ACE Hardware team was super helpful in this process, making renting a U-Haul at a satellite location very simple. No improvement needed, but it would be nice if the trucks could be parked under shade when you pick them up, especially during the summer.

They suck!Reserved a transport only to call and find out they had none.Then sent us on a wild goose chase to locate where a transport would be, but even that was questionable.Talking to the dude over the phone, he sounded like he was just waking up, still trying to clear the fig from his head...no good, no need, call AAA, I did.

The representative that helped me was simply FANTASTIC... The rating is for U Haul corporation itself. It has been years since I had to rent a U haul and thank God for that!! what a nightmare : I thought I save time and effort by doing it on line...BIG MISTAKE!! They are very invasive as far as information they ask for, to create an account. Technology was horrible, took me forever and you have to be : 1- with your phone AND 2- AT THE LOCATION WHERE THE TRUCKS ARE!!! and after half hour of back and forth, it asked me to call a number which I was "on hold" until the nice lady inside, finished all my paperwork!!! There are also fees like $20 IF .. you return after hours, which I did not , but was not disclosed to me upfront, I just happened to see it on the receipt!!! they are extremely "pushy" in trying to sell you "Other services" on 3-5 screens, before you get to the final screen to finish your reservation. U Haul has become and EXTREMELY filthy organization to rent from!!! Next time I will rent from Home Depot or ANY other truck rental company.

I was left a voicemail that my reservation has been moved to a different location because they don't have this size I reserved. Fine. Call the other location to confirm and they tell me they don't have the reservation. Okay? Call back in and am told the truck has been downgraded to a smaller size. Alright, so now I have to make two trips and double my milage and double my cost. Now I'm upset. Still have no idea where to pick up my truck and I've been on hold with the main office for my entire lunch break to figure this out... The location in my confirmation email is wrong and the location I was told it was moved to doesn't have it. This should be a wonderful journey figuring out where my moving truck is on the day I'm moving. Thanks uhaul!
