Best self storage I’ve ever had. I thought all self storage places were exactly the same. High fees, limited hours, low security, and constantly jacking up monthly rates once you’ve moved all your stuff in. Wow was I WRONG! U-Stor is completely different. 24/7 access, individual security on each unit, fair rent prices and price lock for 12 months. Place is clean, great location near freeway access, and to top that off Tom and Sanya are some of the nicest, most helpful and genuinely kind people around. They went above and beyond to make sure my stressful move situation was as seem less as possible. I was blown away when I discovered U-Stor that I moved my storage unit from another place after just moving in a week prior. Lucky I found U-Stor because it is a cut above the other big box storage places flaunting their bright Orange and green signs. Couldn’t be happier and will always come to U-Stor for all my future storage needs in the PHX area.

I love this Storage facility! Sonya is amazing . Her team keeps everything clean and the environment is welcoming . They are fairly priced and you get 24 hr access! I highly recommend this place 👍

Tom and Sonia are the greatest. I rented storage units from their facility many times and different sizes they are always clean when I arrive and ready to be occupied. The facility is kept very nice and the fact that the 24 hours helps me out tremendously. If Ever I have a problem one of them is always there to help right away no matter what it would be. I've recommended all my friends go there and won't rent from any place else

Sanya is the best! She was very helpful when it came to selecting a unit and getting everything squared away. She was very kind and straightforward through leasing the unit, and she was always available to answer my questions throughout the lease. Even if I left a voicemail, she FLAWLESSLY called back within 10 minutes, which is AWESOME.
On top of that, their property was always clean, even on windy days or after monsoons. Their 24/7 property access is awesome, and the layout made it super easy to pull trucks and trailers through to move my larger furniture.
I will absolutely use them again for any storage needs.

I just wanna say Thank You from the bottom of my heart for letting Us be able to rent. We have been with You all for years now and I highly recommend renting storage units from Sanya and Coworkers!!!! They are awesome and very Respectful and extremely Nice!!! As a matter of fact we are still renting from them now and will continue to do so as long as we are aloud to and need too. Thank You again for all you do for Us!!!!

Very friendly, helpful staff! They even off you an ice cold water which is nice.The grounds & units are always clean & well maintained. I wouldn't rent anywhere else!

This place was awesome not all about business chatted with the staff mainly Shana for bout 15 minutes before we even got to the storage info made me feel like I was a family member as soon as I walked in the door good prices and good discounts. And holds garage sales about twice a year when it gets cooler! I'm definitely giving my business for years to come so if you looking go check them out first you won't be disappointed!!

I can't believe I'm writing a review of a self storage place, but here we are. We originally found this place because of their good prices and location. Since then, we have discovered the extraordinary efforts these managers take to know their costumers, build community, and give back to local charities. The prices, ease of access, and location here are great, but the managers may be even better.

both Trish and Tom have been the best to work with throughout the years and look forward to their management for years to come. they are very helpful in helping me get my car into a large and safe unit. I highly recommend this storage facility for your storage needs.

I have been storing with U-Store for the past couple of years and I am very hapy with the place. I come and go as I need to and my sense is that the place is secure. I have met the people who run the place and both like and trust them. I travel a bit further to use U-Store. But I will continue to do so.
