THEY STEAL YOUR PARTS !! Didn't do the repair i asked for they had my phone for 20 days also stole my front screen and replaced it with another one that is now pulling up from the middle and sides. This place is trash... stay away from here. I have proof of the damage and proof my screen was changed without me being notified... also i now am seeing that my phone is letting me know there is an unknown part in my phone that is not apple approved. Im even missing the small screws that are located near the charging port & Just letting everyone know be careful. They asked me for my pin which I stupidly gave to them now they probably have a full copy of my phone !!! &please do not give them your code like i did & Also checked my phones activity and there is several hours of activity from each day when i didn't even have my phone at home which means they snoop around in your phone looking at it and possibly maybe looking at your important info. Saying im upset isn't enough. This review is for a guy named Michael! Thanks for nothing!

Supposed to change my fold 4 display for free as it is a defective issue and they want to go and tell samsung its Physical damage beacuse they dont pay them back on the warranty repairs? Dont be an authorized dealer then if you arent willing to take a loss this is a known defect and my phone dont have have a single scratch

The absolute WOSRT service I've ever experienced.Brought a phone in for the front screen repair, I was advised to do water damage 1st.After I went forward with that, my phone came back in MUCH MUCH worse condition then when I brought it in.The interior screen had huge bubbles under the screen the stretched from top to bottom of the phone. That were NOT originally thereNow when the phone is opened or shut there's a cracking noise, as if something inside is shattered or crackingNO glue/enhesive was ever used to reseal the phone so the front screen fell off immediately after getting it back. With the back hanging by a hair.The front screen wasn't even attached to the phone to connect it to the device.I asked what they can do inregards of this extra damage.Then,They immediately took NO blame, said their was NO PROOF it was them.I asked for corporate # and they gave me some bogus number.Then they charged me 30$ that they had no right to. . . After finally getting ahold of corporate I got that 30$ refunded.Corporate were pissed the store even charged me in the 1st place for "what was suppose to be a free service".They took no blame nor humility to apologize or make any of it right.Not to mention they were to give me an update in 2 days on my phone, which I didn't receive for 4-6 days until I reached out to them.My advise, DONT SHOP AT ASURION. DEFINITELY not with CHASE on 7th & bell.Nor any of that team.Just send it in to your provider. TRUST ME.You WILL lose money if you go to ASURION.Send it in to the PROVIDER. or a 3rd party who SPECIALIZES in your specific phone.They have lost my business indefinitely.My phone is TOTALLED and had an entire buisness on it, with thousands of dollars and customers. . .now gone to there poor service.Coming from a buisness owner, they need to learn how to communicate and how to treat the people that chose to shop at asurion.Maby a therapist on sight might suit that location best.Or a cooperate manager on site.Or ANYONE who know what it means to run a PROFESSIONAL buisness.Truly pathetic.

NOT helpful at all. Treated me as if I'm lying to him. Problems with my insured phone and he's telling me to call claims. I went to Verizon. They sent me to asurion. Now they are no help. The phone has a cracking noise when you open it, Z Flip 3. It over heats and the screen is not clear. Why have insurance? This retired Army Veteran did not lie to him.

DO NOT get the Home+ Warrantee. Its a SCAM. Worst customer service ever. They designed the service so you can’t actually use it. You can’t bring anything in - all claims are handled online, but after taking a $99 ‘service fee’ they still refuse to do anything. Too many hoops to jump through. The people working at the store don’t even pretend to care.

Very piss poor service I called prior to coming to the store location and they told me they do free diagnoses for water damage. I come in and micheal and chance both told me I would be charged 100 plus dollars for a service I was just told was free they didn’t even properly look at my phone they didn’t try to help all they did was dismiss me and claim I had a attitude because I requested to speak with the person I spoke with over the phone highly do not recommend anybody taking their phone here at all. I have no stars but of course google won’t allow me not to give 0 stars they don’t deserve a rating at all

This place is Terrible!!! They told me they could put a screen protector on my phone for $20 in 20 minutes. 2 hours later and 45 minutes waiting in the store because the employees are too lazy to help anyone they tell me they cant do it. They cant even put on a screen protector! They cant do Samsung Warranties because they dont know how. So if Samsung sends you there dont waste your time!

My laptop had two dysfunctional keys, so I brought it to Asurion. They told me that due to a backlog, it would take a week to fix for around fifty bucks. I came back a week later and they told me it would be another week and a half.I came back again and then they tell me they need to order a part abroad and it will take another week to get fixed. Additionally, fixing two keys will cost four hundred dollars, and I need to subscribe to some program for twenty five dollars a month just to lower it to two hundred.I came back again after a MONTH and one day after dropping off my computer, and they tell me they are still waiting on the part and they haven't even started yet.I'm not knowledgeable on computers but I doubt fixing two keys costs anything that requires a part to be shipped internationally. I'm tempted to believe they've just stolen my computer and are making up excuses every time I go to check on it.

This place is Terrible!!! Samsung sent me here to do a warranty. There systems are so bad they cant do warranties. I asked them to do a Screen Protector they can even do that!

I am SOOO happy with Asurion! Ali was beyond helpful, explaining everything in detail, and letting me know all my options up front. I dropped my phone off in tears, hoping it can be fixed. And then, the very next day, my phone was FIXED! I was able to get all the data I lost from my vacation since I had no service to back up to the cloud. I am beyond grateful and happy that my phone works and if I need any device fixed again, I know exactly where to go. I highly recommend!!! (the one off camelback)

Bad service, don't believe them when they tell you a time, took phone in one day around 3pm. Said it should be ready by closing time. Went in nothing. Took in again a different day. Still not done by the time they said. Then they said 20-30mins. Still waiting after 8 hours since I left phone.Lying people!!!

The gal behind the desk was great.The reason for the rating is because I took the time to go through the online process to schedule an appointment to repair a broken screen for my phone. The process gathers make, model, reason for repair, etc. Upon arrival for the appointment, and after a bit of a wait (seemed like there is only 1 person working today) I was told they didn't have the screen. I'd suggest calling in your appointment and verifying all parts needed are in stock prior to taking time off of work to get it done.I'd suggest to Asurian to either not allow online appointments scheduled by customers or link the request up to verify inventory levels at the store where repair has been designated, of the device make and model that's been entered in the request so restocking can occur prior to an appointment being scheduled.
