Ulta Beauty is a convenient neighborhood location with wonderful and helpful employees. The fragrance section is limited, but the brow services are exceptional, with one employee, Briselda, standing out for her kindness, genuineness, and phenomenal results. Clients leave feeling happy and confident, making it a great go-to spot.
I was in a rush. Entered my number and all of a sudden the cashier asked me to verify my last name, email, birthday and address when I've never been asked that. I've had that account for years. It's usually a quick process but it made me feel uncomfortable. I'll not be going to that location again.
