If i could rate this store a zero, I would. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. I typically shop at Ulta on a regular basis. The manager was incredibly arrogant and disrespectful to me and my sisters. She scoffed at us, talked over us, and refused to provide a refund for the awful service her “master stylist”provided. If you want a haircut from Ulta, do not choose this location. Horrible management, corporate will be hearing from me.

*1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience with Ruby*
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the haircut I received at Ulta from stylist Ruby. I specifically requested a trim and style, but what I got was a completely different cut altogether. My hair was left choppy, uneven, and WAY too short. Stylist Ruby added layers without my consent, which completely changed the look I was going for. The lack of communication and attention to detail was staggering. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and it took multiple attempts to get my hair looking somewhat decent again. Quality control and stylist training seem to be severely lacking. The manager was super unhelpful and rude! If you hate your job so much then get a new one.

Ms. Ruby was her name. Do not book her for anything. She cut my sisters hair terribly. The first red flag should’ve been that a simple trim was $60. Salon management was incoherent, rude, and passive aggressive. I returned within the 7 day window of scheduled refunds, and the manager said we would “absolutely” receive our money back, and insisted we reschedule an appointment with the SAME stylist. After the appointment was scheduled (as that was the only way we were told we’d receive a refund) I reiterated the question, asking if we’d receive a refund. The manager ignored my question, claiming they’d redo the service, not a refund. She claimed per ulta policy, we would not be eligible to a refund. I called corporate and that was in fact not true about the ulta policy so she lied straight to my face which completely goes against ulta standards, as they are a “ethical” company. Safe to say I will NEVER return to this location and will recommend none of my family or friends should either.

I had a gift card issue that took some time to figure out, Rocio was very patient with me. She knew exactly what to do and helped me from start to finish all while what seemed to be her training someone at the register

Despite being in the Goth scene for most of my life, I've only very recently started getting more serious about makeup.
Vivian was incredibly helpful with raking her time to thoughtfully help me color match, pick out products, and teach me how to use them!
And she was nonjudgemental, sweet, and kind the entire time as well.
I've worked in hospitality for over a decade, and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

Franco in the salon is awesome! I have hair extensions booked last minute next week and the stylist doesn’t do color, so I needed to find someone to pull off a full highlight asap before my extensions. I called ulta at almost 3pm Friday to see if they could get me in and Franco did. He did a great job lightening my hair and taking care of me. Very much appreciate him getting me in last minute!

I had an incredible experience with Lillie, the aesthetician at Ulta on Camelback! She did both a HydraFacial and nano needling on me, and my skin has never looked better—glowing, smooth, and refreshed. Lillie is knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience so relaxing. The facial services at Ulta are such a great deal for the quality and care you receive. Highly recommend booking with Lillie if you're looking to seriously level up your skincare game.

I’m going to preface this by saying I have 10+ years experience in the service industry. That said, I am always giving plenty of grace and tend not to get too bent out of shape about small inconveniences.
I placed an order for pickup using the Ulta app. The email confirmation I received listed curbside pickup times until 6pm, so I planned accordingly. It’s Sunday, so I went and got some ice cream for me and my pup and then swung by Ulta on my way home. I parked and went through the curbside check-in process around 5:20 (I don’t know the exact time but after sitting for a few minutes I clocked the time at 5:23.) I could tell it was busy by how much foot traffic there was going in and out of the store, so I was patient. Finally at 5:40 I called and the recorded message said “curbside pickup hours are until 5pm” I double check the email, and it says 6pm. I call back and talk to someone and the girl was so nice and was like “okay I’ll run it out as soon as I can” At this point, it is clear to me that management is not staffing this store appropriately. I wait another 10+ min and end up calling AGAIN. Someone else answers and I explain that I’ve been waiting half an hour and have now called twice. I hear someone say “Is that the same lady?” Lol like yes girl, it’s still me, no one brought me my stuff!
Obviously, I would have run in if I didn’t have my dog with me, but entire reason I use certain stores is for the ease of curbside pick up. If management doesn’t staff appropriately in order to effectively provide this service, it shouldn’t be offering it.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
i made an appointment 2 days prior to get my hair cut on wednesday with Marlene specifically i arrived 5 minutes late!!! and when i arrived i was informed she was still with her last client so i told them that’s not a problem i don’t mind waiting. about 2 minutes later Shirley comes up to me and tell me she’s going to be cutting my hair today i was a bit confused because i booked specifically with Marlene 2 days prior so shirley explains to me that marlene got double booked or something like that. i just feel i should note my appointment was at 7:30 pm and no one even called me to tell me id be with another stylist!
so i go ahead with shirley to her chair and i had some pictures and videos to show her what i clearly wanted we talked about and she told me my hair is too thin for that cut and we’ll just do long layers and face framing. easy right? NOPE! i told her that sounds great let’s do that but if i want to take layers up an inch or 2 that’ll be fine right? she visibly becomes frustrated telling me that apparently going a little shorter is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT HAIRCUT. so we go back and forth for a while on it and she straight out tells me i swear to god with an attitude. “i don’t want to do a recut” and she keeps telling me let’s just go shorter let’s just go shorter and i keep explaining to her that u can’t put the hair back once you’ve cut it. so she goes to ask the manger if she can do a recut?
and i end up talking with marlene who’s doing a client next to me and she tells me i have 7 days for a recut if i don’t like my hair. so i ask marlene if i have 7 days why would she go have to ask a manger. than marlene starts getting technical with me and starts telling me well u have 7 days for a recut if its not right like if its uneven or not straight or something like that so i said wait u mean if i dont like my hair shes not gonna recut it cause technically theres nothing wrong with it!? she just keeps beating around the bush and saying the same thing. shirley comes back and says “the manger said thats 2 different haircuts” first of all thats not even what u went to ask second of all its not. she explains to me she won’t have time today and doesn’t even offer me a recut IF EVEN NECESSARY
i talked to the manger i explained what i was told and how i was feeling about this situation i explained to her the attitude i was given and what shirley had said to me about not wanting to recut nor how she even offer it to me. moving on i end up explaining what i want o ruby another stylist and she said okay that sounds great ill do your hair! i said perfect great what do u have available she said my earliest availability would be sunday at 4:30pm
i said okay we booked our appointment and haven’t spoke since today at 4 i was getting ready to leave and be on my way there when i had 2 voicemails from ruby 5 HOURS PRIOR TO MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. telling me she moved my appointment up to 3:00 and she’ll be leaving at 4:00 today.. i called her and she explained to me that it was her schedule or something like that and if i can make it she could get my haircut in 40 minutes but the haircut says it take an hour and 10 minutes on the website. i was asking her why did we even book at this time of your leaving and she just continues going in circles and telling me we’re wasting time arguing but i was not arguing, i was asking SIMPLE QUESTIONS. point of the story MARLENE. SHIRLEY AND RUBY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ULTA AT ALL!!!!!! i’ve been to a couple ulta’s for last minute haircuts and they were always great , this was ridiculous!

Ashley W was very kind and made sure I was happy with my haircut. She did the haircut just the way I wanted it, paying attention to every detail, and was very friendly. I plan to go to her for my haircut from now on.

I ordered 200$ worth of items from here to get it delivered on door dash, got my door dash order and it was missing 1 cream out of my DUO pack I called spoke to a nice lady who told me to come in and get it fixed, I had to have my husband take me after getting it delivered for “convenience “ I told the lady I was missing a cream from my duo pack and she took all my stuff out and said nothings missing. I said “ if you listened to me earlier I mentioned I was missing a cream from my duo pack and showed her it “ she said OH you should of just brought the creams back” I said it’s a inconvenience to get your stuff delivered and have to come in store to fix problems..I was looking foward to good customer service maybe 5$ off my next order nothing just got me a new one. Customer service for someone who spends money here kinda sucks. Absolutely wouldn’t order again from this location.
