This rating is for Evelyn only. She was kind, very and helpful. If it wasn’t for her, we would have walked out of the store, because we were next in line and was waiting for a very long time and no one else would wait on us. Evelyn was taking care of a customer and there were 3 other employees at the check out including the manager and two of them walked away and the other person completely ignored us, and wasn’t even waiting on a customer. Then, someone came in to pick up an order and that person got waited on before us. We just wanted to make sure to let Ulta know that Evelyn is a keeper.

Hi I would like to give a shoutout to cashier idealiza she was very nice and so knowledgeable she helped me in the eyelash department. Then she showed me the Lilly lashes that are activated by body heat which she was wearing they looked so nice so I had to buy a pair along with another customer who was listening who has never worn lashes. I haven’t used them yet so excited to. Thank you again Ideliza very helpful!!!

This is the worst location in the Phoenix area The staff is horrible. They antagonize my wife every time she goes there. The people there have no life. Always a bad experience when she goes there.
I find it funny that a new manager that is working there, just asked my wife if she worked there. My wife hasn't worked there in 2 years at least.

I went on a Friday morning bout 11am not really busy I was not asked if i needed help I work out in the field n I my clothes were not that dirty n I really needed help finding some face cleanser n make up so I kind of got in there way while one was chatting n the other going thur the drawers but yep that didn't matter not helpful at all so disappointed!!!!

Had an exceptional visit to Ulta at Tatum and Cactus! Rarely do I shop here, but today was extraordinary. Greeted with a smile by a fabulously made-up employee, I quickly found what I needed. Victoria, at checkout, was a delight, informing me about the perks of signing up for emails and sales. Discovering my recent birthday, she gifted me a lovely perfume, ensuring my return. This level of customer service sets a standard all retail should aspire to. Thanks to Victoria, I'm now a lifelong customer. What an experience!

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an extremely unprofessional interaction I had with one of your employees at your store. While browsing, I mistook a root covering spray on display as a tester since it was open. When an employee approached me to inform me that it wasn’t a tester, I immediately apologized, as I was unaware. However, rather than accepting my apology professionally, he responded with attitude, shaking his head as he walked away.
Later, when I was at the register making a purchase, the same employee approached the cashier and requested they “damage it out” in what appeared to be a deliberate and petty action. This behavior was completely uncalled for, especially considering my longstanding patronage of this location.
The individual in question was a middle-aged man working in the hair salon department. Unfortunately, due to his disrespectful conduct, I will no longer be shopping at this store. In fact, my sister, who was also present, decided not to make a purchase as a result of his behavior. I would advise others to avoid this location given the entitlement displayed by this employee.
I hope you address this issue, as it has significantly impacted my opinion of your store.

I ordered an item for pickup. I got there and they opened the package to make sure I got the right item but it wasn't the right item. They were super nice and what's worth mentioning is that the manager packed the order and told me it was her mistake and apologized. That made me a loyal customer going forward. Nobody does that anymore, take accountability for mistakes that was so awesome! Thank you ladies! See you soon.

The Ulta on Tatum Boulevard is hands down one of the best beauty stores I’ve ever visited! From the moment you walk in, you can see that this location is impeccably maintained. The store is super clean, well-organized, and beautifully stocked with everything you could possibly need for beauty, skincare, and more.
Every aisle is neat and orderly, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Whether you’re on the hunt for high-end makeup brands, drugstore favorites, or the latest in skincare, this Ulta has it all—and then some. They consistently have a great selection of products, and it’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the shelves full and looking their best.
Speaking of the staff, they are always welcoming, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any questions or recommendations. They make shopping at this location a real pleasure, ensuring that you leave with exactly what you need and often a few new favorites you didn’t know you needed!
The atmosphere at this Ulta is top-notch, from the cleanliness of the store to the availability of products. Whether you’re popping in for a quick pick-up or planning a full-on beauty haul, this Tatum Boulevard location is the perfect place to shop. I can’t recommend it enough—definitely my go-to Ulta!
