Very bad experience with the stylist Brodi, bad attitude, in the same way with the manager. I did not like the work that she did and even so they could not solve the problem. The manager said we can't do anything.

I recently purchased a product online for pickup at this store. When I went to use the product, I found that it was opened, had no safety seal, and there was human hair inside. I am disgusted that Ulta makes their employees feel that they need to resell opened and used products to other customers. The product could be tampered with and so unhygienic. But when I buy something from Ulta stores - I am expecting a new product. That is what I'm paying for. This is a foul company policy and it does not make me feel safe purchasing from Ulta as a consumer. On top of this, I reached out to Ulta Customer Service to see how they can make this right only to be given the run around by several different employees - asking me to provide them with information that I've previously given and being extremely condescending. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I’m very upset I came here for an eyebrow wax and tint and my eyebrows look horrible! Mind you I paid almost 50 dollars for my eyebrows to look exactly the same if not worse. I had Amanda I told her I wanted definition and shape when we got done it looked fine in the store but when I got home I was so disappointed. Eyebrows really shape your face and enhance your makeup it makes you look clean cut. I included an example of how a shaped and tinted eyebrow should look vs what I got I want a full refund this is unacceptable very disappointed with the quality especially for the price.

Buyer beware here. Not loving the coupon or Ultas shady wording on them that ensures it doesn't work on 80% of the items sold there. By excluding "prestige" brands, they hope you will just pay full price at the register. There are no indications on or in the "prestige" brand items display area that would alert you to the issue. You must go to the website and read the rules of their game. What!? Bad policies, bad coupon, feels very much like bait and switch.

I don't review businesses like these, the same way I don't rate a Burger King. Too much is up to the time of day, the mood of the staff, and the availability of a very specific item.In the past month, I've picked up two $100 online orders from this location, and they are usually prompt and courteous. The only comparative observation I can make is very limited: If there's something you don't see stocked on the floor, then ask.I spent a few months being told that a product I frequently purchase is "out," only to recently discover that it can be ordered and available in under an hour, from the exact same place.Weird how they do that, isn't it. ;)

Jamie is the best stylist... Really happy with my haircut from him. I have long layered hair and he understands how to cut long hair way better than most. He's great with short hair too. He is excellent at pairing hairstyles with face shape and lifestyle.

Stopped in for a super quick pick up. Siboney was simply exceptional. She went out of her way to help me with customer service because my emails were mixed up and she even got compliments from her boss right in front of me! I always have a good experience here but this time really made me feel special as a customer. Keep it up Siboney! You're a star! PS. Sanrio girlies RUNNNNN to ulta!!!

I went into this place because the esthetician raved about the service at this location! Sadly, service was horrible! No one greeted me! It was like pulling teeth from the pregnant lady, who clearly didn’t want to be bothered… and the other person showed me the wrong brush and looked annoyed when I tried to explain what I was actually looking for… long story short I put everything back…but the location is a nice size, really clean, and wasn’t busy at all!

I made an appointment through the app for a brow wax at the north village store because there was availability today at a reasonable time where I could fit it into my schedule. The goal was to get the service done prior to mothers day weekend and I only had today to do so before then. J booked it, drove about 30 minutes out of my way to make it on time, just to be told there was no one working the brow bar at all today. Yet the app had me pick the day, time, person, and store. Strange I thought, and showed the employee my confirmation text, and confirmation details via the app (which I took a screen shot of as well) she thought I'd had the wrong store, but after confirming she just said it was "weird" and "sorry about that" I explained to her the reason I drove all that way and she didn't seem to really care or be bothered with attempting to help resolve the issue. I've been a platinum ulta member for over 10 years now. I have never been met with such poor customer support, care, service, or whatever you want to call it in my life. I was more than polite and maybe that's the issue, seems being too passive now days gets you nowhere. I guess I should've asked for the manager? Or at least someone who knew what they were talking about. I'm truly disappointed in the brand. Certainly something I would want to know is going on at the front lines of any of my stores if this was my baby (business). Thanks.

The bimbo women at the front,I believe one of them is Marissa, have such poor communication and customer service skills. They really shouldn’t be working at the front and should be in the back putting stock away. I don’t understand why managers think it’s okay to keep putting untrained employees on the floor. They didn’t know where my online order was, didn’t even have the GWP at the store even though online showed it was the only store in the valley that had it. Overall wouldn’t recommend this location. I’m sure an Ulta in Apache Junction would have better customer service. Please train your staff better

Employees are very professional and friendly here. Helped my 93 year old mom with such kindness. So much better people than the Ulta at Arrowhead. This store does deserve a face-lift

Very attentive sales women on the floor. She made sure every customer was taken care of if needed. Now my cashier one walked away in the middle of the transaction and I thought I hit paper recipt. I asked for it and she said it will be emailed as she rushed out of the door to answer a phone call. The other cashier even mentioned you can still print it out. But I was already walking away and the women was gone to her phone. I did apperciate the young lady on the floor but the young girls there minds were elsewhere.
