I came here here looking for back to school shoes for my son and daughter. Edie helped my son get a sick pair of vans and Esmeralda and Ashley helped my daughter find some pretty converse. I was very happy all around I’ll definitely be back to see them.

If we could leave NO stars I would!Me and my husband went on Friday night to go look & maybe buy some shoes , the two unprofessional girls working… had the worst customer service ever!! Like girls don’t have an attitude , cus you stuck working retail on a Friday night!The sec we walked in they were watching us like we were gonna steal a shoe or something , my husband asked for change ($1.00) and the unprofessional “manager” I’m assuming she was .. was checking and marking the dollar bill .. like we were trying to give them a fake dollar , after we already had a pair shoes ready to purchase.. so it wasn’t like we weren’t buying anything.They just made the whole experience at this location so uncomfortable.Again the lack of professionalism was so sad here.. didn’t get the girls names , of course no name tags (even tho I’m sure that’s apart of uniform)…Journeys lost a purchase because of these two girls ignorance and lack of customer service skills.Get better employees guys!
