First time I used them as they are a certified dewalt repair. I got my punch back after a month and paying up front for cost, took to jobsite and didn't work. I returned and was met with short rudness but left tool and next time I got the punch it worked correctly. I took another drill into get repair and was told it would cost more to repair than replace. I ordered new one. Hot call on Friday 30 minutes before they close telling me my drill had arrived. So Monday go to pick up drill walked in and said I was there to pick up right angle drill that they had ordered and was met with very rude " you need to tell me your company name" not what would the company name be. Since they are not a retailer of tools, how many right angle drills had they sold to pre-ordered customers?

Great company for all your industrial needs. Friendly staff is always kind and courteous. Usually deliver next day but if you're in need of a product quick you can stop by will call. My company has used them for years.

All employees were practicing social distancing. They have a great selection of tools and customer service is unmatched. I wouldn't goto any other tool shop! Employees were very knowledgeable about different tools for a specific job.
