If you want great reliable healthcare, don't use this one. They don't update their provider information and it's the only reason why I got this insurance. One of my doctors hasn't been on their plan for years now. I was also told by one of my doctors that they stopped their contract because they're terrible to work with. This insurance isn't worth the price or hassle.

They wasted my freaking time! I Went through so much HELL to get this job! Yisenna and Erica are horrible Managers! They got mad because I asked them a simple question on how I was suppose to work from home and when I DIDNT have the equipment to do so when THEY ARE THE ONES THAT SUPPOSE TO PROVIDE THAT AND THEN YISENNA, LOW DOWN SELF CALLED ROBERT HALF TALKING ABOUT SHE ENDED MY CONTRACT!

I submitted a job application and received an email stating they’re moving forward with other candidates and stated I didn’t meet the qualifications which in fact I did reread and saw I did meet them.I called HR and was informed that an incorrect answer was put on a basic qualification and was advised it can’t be reset.This is something so simple to fix, I meet all the qualifications besides the error that occurred that either way I do meet the qualification for and still wasn’t considered.Employers definitely shouldn’t be complaining about employee shortages when you have all the right people applying but choosing to move forward with probably in correct candidates. Very dissatisfied and goes to show I shouldn’t work for this company, I feel discriminated against and was told I can’t even speak to someone higher up about my application not being taken serious.
