The female employee (I can’t remember her name) that helped me & took care of my package was an angel on earth … five stars based on that alone.

Staff are disorganized and will mix up outgoing packages with pickups. After 5 days of my package not being tendered to UPS, the employee confirmed my packages were placed in the wrong area. As convenient as this location is, I will stick to Staples or the UPS Store from now on.
