This is the friendliest UPS store I've ever visited. I've been to others where the employees are straight up rude, but everyone I've come across here is very nice and it makes every visit a pleasure.

I lived south of Phoenix and I go to that store because of the excellent service and the smile that the assistants always give me, I highly recommend this place where they treat customers with such kindness, specially Stephanie, she’s so wonderful and her smile ? make my day all the time and the manager Candece also so sweet and kind ?? I love this place no matter how far I’m driving to do my service with this beautiful lady’s!! Thanks ?

Great experience this morning at this UPS store. Candace was extremely patient with me and my complicated request, showing patience and knowledge in helping me with the computer and also faxing my documents. I left in a much more positive mood thanks to her. Thanks Candace!

I've been using their services since I moved to Arizona and I've always had fantastic experiencesAlso @William Mottas, AS A VETERAN I think you're a spoiled manchild and you are a disgrace to the service. Deal with your chronic victimhood or find an abandoned mineshaft to crawl down.

It’s VERY SAD AS A VETERAN, and a customer CANDICE who has been very unpleasant, and rude been trying to get a package for the four days. She has mis- lead me multiple times, after giving her my tracking info. Rude as hell. Disappointed on not getting my package

Th worse UPS location ever, don’t go there, they charge for a tape on free returns and when i said I didn’t take a wallet with me - they have refuse to tape it and send me back - ridiculously cheap rules and stuff works there, old unsatisfied with their lives ladies - so sad..

Blown away by the reviews on this UPS store. I stop in this place all the time and they have been nothing but help. The UPS stores I've been into pale in comparison. It is clean, its roomy for when its busy, not like a sardine can like most of the closet size UPS stores. My question for the people giving reviews of one star indicating "older" ladies and grumpy faces...in this world you sure they aren't just casting you a protective eye. Crime has gone up and they are vulnerable parts of society. I praise them for being bold and owning a business in these times. Mad about their prices...go somewhere else. I know they aren't outrageous and most UPS stores can be pricey...so are Fedex stores...hallmark stores....etc etc.

I’ve been going to this location for years and they’re always so nice, helpful, and personable. They get pretty busy sometimes but I don’t know why some of these reviews are bad. The vast majority of times they’re great!

I love the staff at the UPS store! They are always so helpful with all my weird requests. I typically go there once or twice a month and it is always a professional and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this business.

Don't go to this store, the lady wanted $1 for using little bit of tape. I took my package and went to a different store.

Horrible ups store always have problems.... charging 2$ for one strip of tape to seal a box for a return, can't print labels unless I pay 5$ other stores I email it to them and they'll print it for me, force you to pay every penny you can spend in their store.... go somewhere else or be prepared to just drop off a sealed taped package and run... Pack print and ship is amazing I use them for all my needs friendly reasonably priced just have to drive a little further.
