Great UPS Store! The owners are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. The staff is helpful, fast, and makes shipping easy. The store is clean and organized, I have been using this store for all my shipments and never had a problem.

Dropped off a return here and UPS later told me the tracking number on my receipt wasn’t even for my package. When I called, the store brushed me off. When I went in person, the clerk panicked and admitted she had no idea what her employee could have done. My return is still missing. Looking at other reviews, missing returns seem to be a recurring problem at this location. Very concerning — avoid this UPS Store.

TAKE UR PACKAGES ELSEWHERE. I am so so very extremely dissapointed at the MULTIPLE instances of horrible customer service I have recieved at this location. Specifically from one woman at the desk. She has short/medium brown hair and is of asian descent from what I can tell. I may have made a small mistake but I did not deserve to be talked to the way she spoke to me. The first time I tried to drop off a package there when i was supposed to take it to USPS instead and I had no idea it was an innocent mistake. She told me off very rudely and rolled her eyes and walked away without even answering my question or before I could apologize for an innocent mistake.
The second time was today. I bought an item online that got accidentally shipped there. This wasnt my fault.. more so the website’s. Im assuming it got the return address mixed up with my real one. I already was hesitant because of my last experience. Regardless I went in with my tracking number and my ID. They had my package, but the lady again rudely told me off that Im not supposed to get items shipped there and next time I do that, or walk in without calling first shes going to send my package back. I tried to defend myself that I really had no idea it was going to get shipped there and that it was the websites fault and it wont happen again but she kept iterrupting me. I was charged an additional 5 dollars for getting the item sent there which again I was not aware of. I paid it and left with my package because she wasnt worth any more of my time. Safe to say I will never be bringing my business here ever again. Take your packages and pickup anywhere other than this location if this woman is at the desk.

I’m really disappointed at the quality of service I received at this location and the service I saw given to others in line. The young lady in front of me needed to return an Amazon package and the employees stared at her confused even though she had all of the required documentation and steps to just drop off the package. She ended up leaving and choosing to go to another location. I came in to have a graphic printed and laminated and the employee 1. Printed the paper the wrong size 2. Hand cut the paper which resulted in it being extremely crooked (they have a tool to use to make straight cuts) 3. Did not laminate the graphic properly and it was falling apart 4. Asked me to pay for it and told me to go to another store after I expressed that I was not satisfied!!!!
I have nothing against the employees but it was also extremely hard to communicate due to the language barrier and multiple other customers had problems before and after me. I use UPS all the time for Amazon returns and to print and laminate graphics and have never run into such problems.
Anyone looking to do anything other than ship a package out should go to literally any other location.

The Service, attention to detail, respect are 1st class. Lumin and her group are the best and we always bypass Fedex, Kinkos, and USP to use her store!!
