This place is a complete joke! I went in there on December 16 to have a package sent to North Carolina. I paid $30 and the girl working there says it’ll be there no later than Tuesday the 19th..The package is still not there when I called the location The gentleman who answered, didn’t even sound like he cared at all didn’t even ask me for the tracking package just said we don’t guarantee anything didn’t care that I spent $30 at his location.I checked the package. It should be there on the 27th. I should’ve sent it regular mail. It would’ve been there a lot sooner. I will never lose. Use this location again or the UPS store.

Amazon's return policy is excellent. Returning items is hassle-free – just take them to a participating UPS store. They'll handle the packaging and shipping for you, free of charge. As a frequent Amazon shopper, I consistently bring my returns to this store, where they consistently provide excellent service.

Black Man walks in Store female worker just stares gives creepy look …White woman walks in 5 minutes later bright smile Hi How may we help you the racism kinda thick ..She didn’t even offer to help with what I needed done..Won’t be going back Office Max it is…..As I’m in the store I’m writing this if you check the cameras that day you’ll see before 12 the only black guy to walk in store …There was a lady and a guy working none of them greeted the black customer but right after a white woman walks in Good Morning How may we help you..As I was struggling to fax off some paperwork no one even spoke to me or offered to help with what I was there for…Check your cameras on the day this review was made And I know this store is not an Office Max they don’t even greet there customers over there so I wouldn’t have been offended But UPS chooses who they choose to help

I often use this UPS store for general shipping. Today we used them to notarize several documents. We didn't have witnesses and the store was extremely busy. The person working was phenomenal with multi-tasking, dealing with several customers, USPS and UPS delivery. Amazing attention to details; amazing customer service even with several difficult challenges simultaneously.

One of the great things about Amazon is the return policy. If you want to return something all you need to do is bring it into a participating UPS store where they will package it up and ship it out for you free of charge. I shop Amazon a lot and I bring all of my returns into this store where they always take good care of me.

Very nice! I came here to return an item via Amazon. The line moved very fast. The employee I interacted with was really polite. Service was efficient too. She just scanned the code on my phone, placed my product in a mailing bag, and I was good to go.

Usually only one clerk at the UPS store on Tatum and Thunderbird. Wait time can be half hour. The clerk there is unpleasant and today wrongly she refused to take an Amazon return. I will never use that store again.

Only had one issue a long time ago. Still send packages from here and the staff has improved since. They are a lot friendlier than years past.

Just shitty customer service! Their attitude sucks and they refuse to do their job. Gotta love customer service people now, pay me but I won't actually perform any work. I guess I should be happy they answered the phone when I called.
