Just an FYI for anyone coming here with Amazon returns - THEY ARE CHARGING FOR TAPE. $2 per package even if it’s just a small piece of tape.I find this completely ridiculous. I’ve never been to a UPS store that charges to tape your package ? the owner argued with me and got bent out of shape saying they should have been charging all along and that every UPS store does this. (That’s a lie). She went on to tell me that she doesn’t make any money on Amazon returns because she has to buy the tape. I’m sorry, you purchased a mail store?? Some things come with the buisiness ??♀️Blamed it on “inflation”.I just got a bad taste in my mouth from these shady owners sneaking surprise fees on the customer. Go to a different UPS store for amazon returns, or Whole Foods/kohls.

The first kid I dealt with was super, the second one not so much. I took in some Amazon returns, had QR codes for 2, the third I had print at home and ship. I took that package back went to my car canceled the return and resubmitted. Went back in dealt with employee #2, was full of attitude when I walked in. Had issues getting the QR code, told me to yell for him when I got it. I called for he came out scanned asked if I wanted a receipt, printed the shipping label left it on top of my return and walked away

The customer service is so bad professional people did represent the UPS and also they are thieves. I did the same document five notarized. They charge me $50 and usually everywhere they charge for one time for every document $10 I don’t recommend to go there.

My mom went in today to return an Amazon package unaware of the new kiosk self serve option at UPS stores. A customer service clerk by the name of Echo helped her. She was trying to figure out the whole label deal for her return when Echo said, “This is misleading, they don’t pay me enough to be helping you with this Amazon return, just go to the kiosk.” This is incredibly unkind and unprofessional. I will be taking this up further and making sure this employee learns some degree of professionalism.

Amazon return computers never work here or they claim to never be working. Don’t go here if you need services they will leave you always looking for a real UPS store that will help you.

I've had a mailbox here for at least 5 years, never had an issue picking up or dropping off. They'll toss the garbage ads that plague mail (thx, USPS) and sign for packages.

After moving close to this location, I have recently relied heavily on this UPS store to solve critical, urgent tasks for delivery and printing.I work in the medical device industry and the work of the store associates (particularly Travis, David and Marco) has been invaluable to myself and my organization these last few weeks. Their quick work, attention to detail and genuine concern for my needs have made this store my new go-to (taking business from Fed-Ex in the process).Additionally (and most importantly) the quality of the work from every associate has been surpassed only by their friendly, positive attitude.Please heap on the praise and reward this excellent crew, I look forward to continuing to do business with this store.
