I've never had a problem customer service is usually good, but today I tripped on a metal circle coming out of the carpet almost went head first into the serive desk and the customer service person with curly hair just shrugged him should and said ehhhh... Lots of old people with not so great balance come here and if they trip they may make it head on into the desk..So I was not impressed with the staff's lack of ownership of people's safety while in your store# 3670.

Awesome customer service! I had an unusually large number of packages to get sent out. The staff was quite helpful in getting them posted and me on my way quickly.

Great store and great location. Parking lot is easy to get in/out of and lots of parking. The employees are friendly and the new owner, Andrew, is really helpful!

I really appreciate Angie for going above and beyond today! Went in with a return that I could not get back in the box and she was so patient and helped me till we go it in. She did all of this with a smile on her face while acknowledging everyone that walked in the door. This has always been my go to UPS Store and I have always seen nothing but positive attitudes and team work! So happy to have in my neighborhood.

I brought in a package to send out and the person working the desk sent the package back to my home address. They are so incompetent that they are just sending the packages back to the original address. The new employees there literally have no idea what they are doing. I would recommend going somewhere else.

The store was busy but Angie was friendly, courteous and efficient. It was nice to work with an employee who seems to like her job!
