Friday August 23rd 8:30 am people are lined up at the store and Isabelle is working by herself. She was kind, patient, helpful to all of us despite some idiot that kept speed dialing the phone despite Isabelle asking them to hold while she helped the customers who were in the store! Isabelle you did an amazing job and you will be successful in life, don’t let the rude idiots of the world get in your way. Give Isabelle a raise! She deserves it!

I recently had the pleasure of working with the UPS Store on Tatum and Bell to get business cards printed, and the entire experience was wonderful. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy and stress-free. The staff member I worked with was exceptional—she explained every detail, provided samples of different card stocks and finishes, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choices.
The options available were impressive, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the final product. If you’re looking for top-notch business cards and a seamless experience, I highly recommend the UPS Store on Tatum and Bell. I’m thrilled with how everything turned out!

Horrible customer service from old getleman with long hair very rude. Aug 5th around noon.
He didnt even let me finish my sentence. I simply said excuse me sir which he then replied with a disgusting face, rolled his eyes accompanied with an annoyed sigh. I then said nevermind and continued with the self package return counter. Management needs to train him or keep him in the back to minimize exposure to patrons with the attitude he displays.

THANK YOU TO ANGIE AT THIS LOCATION FOR FENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I needed documents notarized and it was quick, cheap, and easy! Very kind and helpful staff, it's a drive but I would absolutely make it to come here.

Morning guy should find a new job since he doesn’t want to do this one. Amazon sent me and item without a box as it doesn’t need one and he would not take the item. I had my return postage already printed from the kiosk. He was also giving this lady a hard time. Most UPS locations are happy to help you box or anything you need. This location needs better help!
